I hate to bring this up, but, personally, I think a lot of folks have grown warier of Superspeedway Building to maybe when the economy gets rosier, have a Short Track Boom again. I feel New York City will build their Short Track somewhere in the future and I think it would only be fair if Nashville, St. Louis, Atlanta and Birmingham built Short Tracks again because in fairness, I don't think catering skyboxes will work, but instead operate the track from the dirt up and I would wonder a Dirt Boom would be hard to ignore in the future.
