FARMINGTON, Mo. -- (Sept. 30, 2003) The annual Queen's Royale will be held Saturday night (Oct. 4) at the St. Francois County Raceway.

The Queen's Royale has been the crown jewel of the racing season at SFCR since 1995 and this season's event is shaping up as one for the memory books.

Three-time defending track champion Timmy Montgomery of Fredericktown will look to defend his title he won last season during the Queen's Royale. The win placed Montgomery's name along side past winners like Danny "The Dude" Lasoski, Danny Smith and Kelly Kinser.

The Queen's Royale features the 410 sprint cars, but also racing at SFCR Saturday night will be a 360 sprint car class and the 600cc Multis.

Gates will open at 4 p.m. with racing at 7. For more information on the 2003 Queen's Royale contact Larry Minkel at (573) 756-1734 or Gary Montgomery at (573) 783-5851.
