St. Francois County Raceway results for 9/6/03!!

Jerrod Hull, Chuck Adams, Robert Powers and Dustin Barks take home the St. Francois County Raceway feature wins.
St. Francois County Raceway had a great turn out of cars last night with 35 sprints, 18 hobby stocks, 29 modifieds and 22 multis. The night started with some great heat races, in the sprint heat one Timmy Montgomery led from the start to win with Rod Crabdree charging up from the back to get second. In heat two, Joey Montgomery led the race to the checked with Bob Thoman getting second. In heat three, Jason Keith headed the pack to a win with Robbie Standridge in second and in heat four, Tommy Worley Sr. won with Jerrod Hull coming from the back to get second. In the modified heat one, Butch Lyons and Tommy Worley Sr. got together in the front straightaway and Mike Crader led the pack to the checked for the win with Tim Radford finishing second. In heat two, Robert Powers and Tim Hill fought for the win but Robert was able to hold off Tim for the win and Tim finished second. In heat three, Kenny Kennedy led from the green to win with Billy Smith getting second. In the hobby stock heat one, Bob Martin gave us a show with his flaming car for a couple of laps as it caught fire. Chuck Adams and Jeremy Greenwalt raced close for the win and Chuck was able to hold him off with Jeremy finished second. In heat two, Kasey Nations led from the start to win with Karl Francis getting second. In the multi heat one, Casey Barnhouse came from the back to get the win with Jim Bridgeman getting second. In heat two, Tommy Boyd led from the start to win and Jr. Ferguson finished second. In heat three, Curt Henderson led the pack to the checked for the win followed by Tony Roney in second. The sprint trophy dash was a fast tight race for a lot of positions and Jerrod Hull took the win followed by Joey Montgomery in second, Jason Keith in third, Timmy Montgomery in fourth, Tommy Worley Jr. in fifth, Robbie Standridge in sixth, Rod Crabdree in seventh and Bob Thoman finished eighth.
At the start of the sprint feature on turn one and two Tommy Worley Jr. flipped his car over causing a complete restart. Tommy was able to return to the race but the wings were in bad shape and he ended up leaving the race. On the twelfth lap in turn three, Jason Keith got up in the cushion and hit the wall hard, flipping his car and mangling it all over. Jason was carried to the ambulance and unable to complete the race, Jason was running third at the time. Jerrod Hull led the feature from the start to win followed by Joey Montgomery in second, Timmy Montgomery in third, Robbie Standridge in fourth, Bob Thoman in fifth, Lee Dunn in sixth, Tommy Rockwell in seventh, Steve Short in eighth, A. J. Bruns in ninth and Todd Rowland finished tenth.
In the modified feature, Kenny Kennedy spun out in turn four and Billy Smith hit him hard with nowhere to go. Mike Crader was leading the race until he got loose and spun out in turn one and two leaving Tim Hill and Robert Powers once again fighting back and forth for the front spot. Robert was able to hold off the charge of Tim to pick up the win followed by Tim Hill in second, Adam Parmeley in third, Matt Zimmerly in fourth, Dan Zander in fifth, Jeremy Stevens in sixth, Bob Waterhouse in seventh, Jim Swift in eighth, Mike Crader in ninth and Billy Smith finished tenth.
In the hobby stock feature, Jeremy Greenwalt and Chuck Adams raced for the checked with both cars fighting for the win. Chuck and Jeremy had a race all of their own all night long both cars were fast and both cars wanted the win. Chuck once again was able to hold off the charge of Jeremy and pick up the feature followed by Jeremy Greenwalt in second, Nathan Gibson in third, Matt Eaton in fourth, Chris Boyd in fifth, Randy Forster in sixth, Karl Francis in seventh, Doug Savage in eighth, Kevin Mosier in ninth and Leonard Betsch finished tenth.
There were a lot of cautions at the start of the 600cc multi feature, yet Casey Barnhouse was able to hold onto the front spot until something went wrong with his car and he had to pull it into the infield leaving Tommy Boyd up front. Tommy and Dustin Barks fought back and forth for awhile but Tommy wasn’t able to hold of the charge of the Dustin Barks. Dustin picked up the feature win followed by Tommy Boyd in second, Kent Buckley in third, Joey Boyd in fourth, Jeremy Boyer in fifth, Jr. Ferguson in sixth, Eric Ziegler in seventh, Jim Bridgeman in eighth, Dave Chilton in ninth and Chuck Fenwick finished tenth.
