CLARKSVILLE, TN – Talbert Goldman of Meridian, MS took the win on Saturday night in StormPay.com Crate Late Model Division action at Whynot Motorsports Park in Meridian, MS to net ten points, and take over sole possession of second place in the StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series West Region.
Goldman, in his rookie season of StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series competition, closed to within 30 points of StormPay.com WRS West Region point leader Lucky Keeton of Toomsuba, MS. Keeton has 730 points, and Goldman has 700 points. Going into the weekend of racing, Goldman was tied with Terry Mosley of Gilbertown, AL for the second spot.
Mosley is now third in the StormPay.com WRS West Region with 690 points. Both Keeton and Mosley did not compete in StormPay.com Weekly Racing Series action over the weekend, as they were both serving seven-day Unsportsmanlike Conduct suspensions.
