Terrible driving at highland sat.

The drivers at highland are getting a little pig headed since they have won a few races and need to slow there role before they get put in check. The officals need to pay more attention to the rough driving by some of these drivers so the bs stops because if they cant handle other drivers will take care of it themselves and someone is gonna get hurt! I have tryd to keep my cool and not say or do anything but im getting sick of all the young punks out there thinking there jimmie johnson or scott bloomquist on the track. So clean the driving up or things are gonna get bad.:mad:
 
You need to just quit your crying! These new young drivers have finally got some good, fast cars and you don't like it.... Cars like the 9X should be allowed to dig his RF into and push you up the track on the starts when your above him; after all the race hasn't started yet. He should be allowed to drive you into the infield down the straights and if your going too slow into the turns it's not his fault when he blasts you. If your in his way what do you expect? I don't see anyone else with a problem... Either that or no one else has the balls to say so!
 
I would like to thank the 9x for wrecking 2 of my cars in the past two years !!!!!! keep up the good work Trevor sounds like everyone is real impressed with your driving good luck to everone friday at tricity stay clear of Trevor on caustions because it seems like he has a problem finding the brake!

He's just trying to win some races! If he makes a few enemies along the way then who cares!
 
i can openly and honestly say i speak from experience, rubbing is racing i was no saint and no one else is either. watch any kind of racing and you will see this as you say bull**** driving from EVERYONE. Everyone as a driver has done something along the way that has upset someone or made others not like them. the sport is called racing if you dont race your car hard and bump and rub people the wrong way on the track then we should call the sport " passing each other slowly " or something. GET OVER IT ALREADY EVERY WEEK ITS SOMEONE COMPLAINING PUT UP OR SHUT UP OR DON'T INVOLVE YOURSELF IN THE DAMN SPORT.

and i watched Trevor, Austin, and the Shaw's race enough to know they are competitive and want to win. no harm no foul guys keep it up.

I raced at highland last saturday for the first time. I will never go back to that track either. I also got my left front of my car ran over by the 9x car which was bull****. If you cant make a clean pass than dont pass. Its not get out there and see how many cars you can run over. I also think the officals need to open there eyes a little more. I got spun out in the feature which i had a rough time running and i will admit that i didnt have my car under control over the whole race but it took them 2 more laps to throw a caution. I also got put in the back. I will not come back to that track again the only reason i came was because pevely was not racing. I know i am not the fastest and the most talented out there cause this is my first year racing but i know the way to win is not to run over and tear others cars up.
 
Very good point rob and I for one agree a little rubbing is racing unless its an every weekend occurance. Nobody likes to work on there sh** every week just because some punks dont know how to drive clean or really at all. I know for sure that if the demo dearby keeps up at highland there wont be alot of cars going back thatsfor sure.
 
well when i get done building my hornet i know where im NOT racing after seeing that video. someone needs to get him off the track.
 
You guys keep saying rubbing is racing, but what are you calling rubbing, and what do you call racing? I've only ran my car with the pro4 group once and you can see two different types of drivers in the class. You got the guys/girls that have nice clean cars and you can tell they take their racing seriously, and then you got the cars that look like they came out of a demo derby, and the drivers usually match their driving to their cars. I personally have way to much invested in my car to just let someone beat it in to the ground just because they don't want to race clean, and personally after a few hits on my car, their car would go home in a hand basket. Just some advice from my point of view
 
well said man. I hope u still dont have ur S10 lol. Im building a hornet right now from scratch its takin a while lol. trying to make it legal for all the tracks in the area so i have about 10 different rule books haha.
 
I got rid of the s10, but I'm still running a bowtie car. The truck you had came and ran fredericktown the same night I ran down there and until he got spun out, he was leading the feature.
 
yeah its a good truck. i fixed it up good. now workin on a new car. havent decided if i want a dodge neon or a cavalier.

Won his heat..........3rd in the feature. Not bad for a guy who supposed to not be able to drive. Look..i got no deals in this and its coming from someone totally neutral. I watched the video and if you watch......dude in the front kept getting loose dude behind him had to back off from running over him. Those cars are flying(im sure.........in the stands dont look like it) but i can tell they are hauling some buttocks out there. Now....dude got real loose...car behind him hit him and got him spinning then up the track he goes and got hit again. So??? That happened really fast and im sure dude didnt know he was gonna go that way when spinning........car kinda hooked. Really to be honest............looked like some good racing either way. Hope everyone gets their cars fixed to do it again. It amuses me sometimes when you have a class that is supposed to be for beginners that people get sooooooooooo upset about rough driving. Its called learning. It a low budget class(yes.....i said low. If you got alot of money wrapped up in your car............your own fault. Go street stock racin...heck....buy a mod and see really how it hurts to pay for stuff getting torn up). Good luck to the drivers and furthermore............glad the driver was ok. Pretty mean wreck.......thats how i flipped at Granite years ago 3 1/2 rolls end over end. I got loose..........on the brakes......car hooked and walla. Chit happens.
 
Yeah, that's exactly what I thought. Schmidt just needs to learn to get the hell out of the way.... Faster car comin through! Honestly I'm surprised the 9X doesn't have more feature wins as good as he is?!
