When did they actually run? I came by at 2:30 and only saw one car. A mod showed up but soon left. I left and came back about 3:30 and saw a few (2 or 3) cars but none were running. Came by again at 4:00 and the water truck was on the track. I finally gave up since I needed to get ready to go to the Queen's Royale. I had hoped to take a few photos, but . . . .
