For those of you who have raced at Mt Vernon, Belleville, Brownstown, etc, you may have raced with a guy name Louie Baker Jr. from Duquion. He and his family recently had a house fire. The family all are ok as no one was home at the time of the fire. Unfortunately most if not all contents were lost. If anyone has any household items that they could or would be willing to donate, please let me know.

There is a benefit tomorrow in DuQuoin for the family. It is being held at his parents Louie & Vickie Baker Sr.'s house on N. Linden St. I think it starts in the early afternoon.

Directions: Turn WEST at the Casey's on Rt. 51 North (Hickory St.) & then go 2 blocks & turn left (south) & go another 2 blocks & you should be there.
