thanks jimmy for the reply guess we will not be going to granite next friday as it will cost too much

Wasn't that a USMTS fee for this race origionally? Why is that still gonna be there?

If you don't make the show you get $75.

Your Entry is $100

It actually cost you $25 to enter.

$2,000 to Win - $250 to Start.

We already had entries and rolled them over to next week for April 17th.

Thanks,
Tammy

We can't afford to pay to race

We can't afford to pay extra on the pit passes and an entry fee. We will have to wait for a regular show with a regular purse and no entry fee. Thanks!

I do not see why you can not afford it. Ya to start the night you have to pay more, but at the end of the night you still end up the same. If it was a weekly show and you did not make it out of the b main what would you get nothin or a free pit pass? So this way you are money ahead the way i see it. So you take the $100 entry pluss the 15 pit pass, that makes $115, you dont make the show and you get $75 back so you lost $40. I am sorry and dont intend to offend anyone, and i know the economy ****s but if you can not afford to loose $40, or spend $40 you should not even be racing. Or maybe you should step down in class. I look at it this way i would spend the money one way or another rather it be taking the wife and kids out to eat or etc, so if i go racing that is the money we would have spent eating out or etc. Just my two cents

We will continue to bring the best purses and racing to our racers.

Sure big shows cost a little more, but in the end you make more and you don't often have this chance.

We want to bring shows like this in, but we need your support to make it happen.

We will always be fair and consider the racer first, hosting a big event means a bigger purse, but we make sure the racer isn't spending alot of additional money just to run

We have no ATV/Golf Cart Fee or a Parking or Transponder Fee rental we obsorb the cost of that to make it worth while for the Driver and Teams to make descent money.

Thanks,
Tri-City Speedway

If the payout on the TCS website is still valid, here is some interesting facts about this show's payout.

If you start the feature, you get $250. On a regular night, you must finish 4th or better to get $250.

Let's subtract that $100. On a regular night you must finish 7th to get $150.

Starting the feature is like finishing 7th or better on any normal race night.

Entry Fee

You can look at the glass as half full, or half empty. Maybe this is the only way to put on a big show, but if you don't make it out of the B main you win $0 and you spent an extra $100+. That seems like the low budget teams who often run in the back are paying for the high dollar teams to continue to run up front. I don't mind paying extra on my pit pass or grandstand ticket to see an excellent show (and I will do that). I just think entry fees are bad for the continued growth or survival of the sport. I feel Kevin and Tammy do a terrific job promoting Tri City Speedway and I don't want to race anywhere else. I just feel like the little guy is going to come up short, so maybe he or she (including myself) doesn't need to run the big shows.

even if you dont make it out of the b, you still are getting $75 in tow $. so you really spend $25 on entry fee. the pit passes are the only other xtra expense. hope to see a big field of slm, mods, and crates. going to be a fun nite for us race fans. thanks tcs......

If your counting money you should be on your way to
"feed my people" not Tri City you stupid hoosier .

Not that tnere is anything wrong with going to feed my people and/or the people that need the service.

Its not an insult just keepin it real . Sometimes the truth hurts and makes proud people cry ?

Oh I forgot about the stupid part , sorry about that if your stupid .
