Could create some great side by side heats think about it if one fast car starts in the front and another fast car starts in the back normally the guy that started up front is checked out by the time the other guy gets through the slow cars that's if one of the slow cars doesn't wreck him or cause damage on the way to the front I believe that's what there trying to prevent
 
I like the idea cause now you got all the junk in the back of the heats. Hate seeing winning cars fight through a bunch of non driving Mofos that shouldn't even be in the higher classes! Great move imo
 
One question is the invert by rows or position. If its by rows you still could have the pole sitter in the back row. It just says will pull to front and draw 1 through 4 for invert
 
Invert is by positions. So if a 4 is drawn, the fast qualifier in each group will start 2nd row outside in their heat race and the 4th fastest qualifer in each group will start on the pole of the heat.

This is all exactly how Tri-City does it.
