Jimmy Cummins
CEO, Cummins Lumber Co.
since things have been kind of boring on here, i was trying to think up an interesting / non-controversial post to put on here, so i thought of this. How many drivers can you think of that have won championships in multiple divisions or multiple tracks? It would be best to limit this to current drivers because if we went all the way back the list would be huge. Here is what i could think of:
multiple divisions:
Aaron Kleine: belleville in the late models and modifieds(2010)
Chris Smith: belleville in the bombers in 2000 and modifieds at highland in 2008
Marty Smith Jr.: sportsman at highland, modified at belleville and at tri city twice
Jeremy Hines: super stock / sportsman at bloomington, in and crate late model in junction city, ky 2009 and 2010
Mark Oller: street stock and late model at highland speedway and late model at pevely
Brian Bielong: modified and late model at highland
rusty griffaw: late models at clarksville, tn, modifieds at montgomery, pevely and fayette county
mike harrison: modifieds at fayette county, highland, maybe godfrey? and sportsman at fayette county in 2004 (i know because i got 2nd that year!)
multiple tracks in the same year:
Jimmy Cummins: sportsman at fayette co and tri city in 2005 and belleville in 2009
jason bohnensteihl: sportsman at highland and godfrey in 2005
paul bauman: belleville and pevely in 2005
multiple tracks, different years:
mark voigt: pevely late model 2010, tri city 2009, i am sure he has won more than this
ray walsh: pevely, tri city, st charles
steve maisel: belleville, godfrey, greenville? mt vernon?
randy korte: highland, pevely ?
brian collins: pevely, godfrey
mark faust: highland, godfrey, belleville?
bobby bittle: belleville, pevely, mt vernon maybe? did he win b-ville and pevely the same year?
