Sept 29 – Oct 1 ….Gold Crown Midget Nationals
Oct 8 ……UMP Pro Crate Late Model Championship $2500/4 Cylinders $1,000

i know it is really early to ask this question, but any idea what the rules will be for the street stock race? the normal track rules or a little more opened up?

i only ask because i have a street stock in my garage i am cutting up and fixing up to race and just wondered
 
I think it should be the tracks rules that they typically run, keep the money to the street stock racers that have supported tcs every week and earned this big race

Yea, that's a good ideal. That way you can only have 25 or so cars show up and then never have to worry about having another big Street Stock race again there.
 
Gee, I believe Tri-City had a $500 to win race this year and 37 cars showed up for it! I bet they will get at least 50 cars at this $3,000 to win race if they use the regular track rules!
 
kevin is gonna get a good car count no matter what he decides on the rules!!! i think they will be close to the rules they run there now...as for these sportsman guys wanting run, you aint gonna get away with your cheating down here..
 
wow this dirtboy is a completely illiterate retard. i clearly said i have a street stock in my garage i am working on and wondered what the rules might be. i dont have the money to build a motor just for this race so if it is track rules i wouldnt be able to go. and anybody that knows much about promoting would know you cant have a $3000 to win race if only 30 something cars would show up. i believe pevely only had 34 or 37 bombers at their big show 2 weeks ago and that is pretty much the biggest show around here for that class. just my opinion. i think it is great that tri city is having a good paying race for this class, i would just like to participate.

there are two ways to look at big shows. one way is it is a way to let your weekly guys win some extra money and to show them you appreciate them being there. the other way is to make it so the 'big dogs' from out of town can show up and race the local guys so the local guys can either show them how good they are or see that they need to work on their game

nah that doesnt bother me, i just look at what your signature or whatever it is, about you 'talking s_ _ _' and i think it is funny. i am not scared of getting torn down, and i am gonna do what i was told to do and put my money where my mouth is next year. but like i said, you are of lesser intelligence and i guess you thought i was gonna show up to this race with my sportsman car or something?
 
I knew what you was talking about and yes i hope he works a way out for you to race.I seen the car and was just saying with all the cheating going on in your class lol they will not get away with it down there.
 
Hey guys can we keep this to a great race coming up for the Street Stocks.

We have alot of good drivers and cars just in our area and we hope to make this
a annual event
