The United Sprint Car Series Speedweek 2014 Round #6 FINALE scheduled for TONITE (Saturday, May 31st) has been cancelled due to wet grounds at historic Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis, Arkansas. The decision was made based on the amount of rain that had fallen during the week and the still wet parking lot and pit area being too wet to recover.
It is very unfortunate that we got the worst weather we have had in one weekend for our USCS Sprint Car Speedweek 2014. Last weekend was beautiful every day and we had some great racing. This is the second year in a row we lost the finalke at Riverisde to the rain. Last year we came back and made it up in June and had a great field of cars and great event. Clayton Allen and I are working on a make-up date for the Speedweek final and hopefully have something put together on Monday or Tuesday.
