Was hoping someone could help me ID this track from this 1989 Todd Healy photo of Kevin Gundaker..Believe its Tri-City but not 100% sure..Thanks ! Kevin Gundaker 1989.jpg
 
The low white concrete wall in the picture looks like Tri City. Belle-Clair had a wooden wall and was higher Both Highland and I-55 have concrete wall but they are higher
 
I would say holt summit the grandstands are not high enough and the dirt in not dark enough for tri city

Agree on not Granite. Walkway between fence and stands is not wide enough either.

Was White City open in 89?
 
Is Fayette County a possibility? They ran Late Models around that time frame give or take a year. Greg Break was the promoter. I didn't get to many races there that year but I don't remember seeing Kevin there. The ones I can remember that year were Jim Leka, Terry Messenger, Charlie Smith, Butch Smith...
 
Also included in the pics from the same track include Pete Parker, Paul Shafer, Bob Pierce, Jack Boggs.....if that clue helps.......still trying to figure it out....

While I did not go there during that time frame (I go 3-5 times a year now), the stands kind of look like PIR on the frontstretch.
 
looks to be the front stretch at TCS just before the flag stand. se the tree top behind the stands. there are tress visible from the track at tcs.
 
Fayette county not an option grand stands are wrong and to close to track. Also the wall is to short.
