Which state has the best modified drivers?

My count from the A main Saturday has the winner Ray Bollinger from Kewanee IL but 12 drivers from IL, 3 from STL/Missouri (not sure which city hancock is from), 1 Indiana, 1 Iowa, 1 kansas, 2 Kentucky and 2 Tennessee.

My count has 19 of the drivers as UMP country guys. Does UMP make the best drivers? Or do the best from the other series stay home?

Other questions..... What motor was in the supposed V6 car #21?
Was tim hancocks car a legal B/Pro mod this weekend? It has 602 Crate stickers.
Any other cool cars i missed?
 
Tim had a 604 crate motor in for race at dome but don’t let that fool ya he woulda been tough with his 602 also
 
That means 13 drivers from Illinois.

He was bad fast. That's for sure.

Where was Jason Hughes ? Or Ricky Thornton? Terry Phillips?
