Anyone know if HBO ppv or any ppv will be airing the world 100? Can't find it on HBO's schedule.

In race #8 at Charleston Speedway, why were positions awarded 4 less points than all the other races? i.e. 1st was awarded 81 instead of the 85. 5th was awarded 61 instead of 65? Every position was 4 points less than other races. Why?
