2004 Payout?

"Sour Grapes???"

It sounds like to me the man (Ron) that now is in LD's life is making "FINE WINE" not sour grapes. If LD sould have any thing to say to someone in her past it should be thanks! For setting things straight and letting her know where she was in his life!
As for as the missing money the RAMS officers need to get a record of all the past transactions from the bank and go from there. when we prove we have cause we can take legal action. It doesn't need put on this public forum.

I appreciate what you said. YES, i am doing just fine. And YES, i learnt alot from that experience.

I understand the fact that everyone would like to not make the " missing money " aired on the internet. But you cant possibly believe that it is a subject that just wouldnt come up ???? It is very easy to call the bank and get copies of all the transactions and go from there....... This isnt something that just came up, it was brought to the Presidents attention several months ago ! Can you say " EMERGENCY MEETING " ????????? LeaDonna

Hey jon this is Millseys words. Proposed payout. Again I think it is not right to give someone who took 5th in points only 45 dollars more than 10th. :confused:
 
just a suggestion When I stepped in as an interim Director of a community center They allowed me to write the checks with out any concern but I wanted security from such problems so we worked it out to where 2 people had to sign the checks out of the 3 board members adn me. maybe you guys should have that have top 3 -4 officers on it and require 2 signitures.

Looks like only 1st was voted on and aprooved. I guess when the discussion of flat sides came up I lost track of what was going on. :p
 
That is correct Jon, only 1st was voted on. As far as the rest of the positions just pick something and go with it for this year we have enough other important issues to worry about. I just think next year we need to set it up before the year starts so we don't get accused of playing favorites. I know we will not know how much we will have at the end of the year so just use %'s of the total payout...my 2 cents worth

Negative post? maybe, but it got people coming out of the
woodwork to explain what is being done, and to b!tch about
the negativity in this post.

I noticed that. I think thats the 1st time a non-member has
been admonished for posting on the Rams forum. I've read
numerous post where non-members opinions & comments
were not only welcomed, but invited. Also, its that type of
comment that turns these threads into the
"DREADED NEGATIVE THREAD"
 
the person that suggested that checks require 2 signatures is right on. good common sense.but i think alot of the problem could be is, due to the truck raffle ticket sales, much of that money was cash.very likely, nobody knew just how much cash was there, except maybe for the person that is 'under the microscope' so to speak. so, maybe in the future, a little better system is needed.
 
In The Past

I wasn't a member last year but in the other years before that i was, from the beginning. But as far as i knew there was 2 names on the checking account. The Presidents and the Treasurer. That , as i understood it was in case one couldnt write a check the other person had the authority to do so. I believe it will be policed better this next RAMS year. LeaDonna
