After a phone conversation with Jon Reando who spoke briefly with his wife...I have decided to be a write in for the secretary/treasurer.. I promise no checks out of the account will be made out to Racer Walsh, Esslinger, or myself.. ;) :D
 
well Jason, I did say earlier that it wasnt because I took fifth in points. if I took 10th in points I would feel bad that the guy in 5th only got 45 more dollars than I did. Also the payout millsey did was not the official payout, just a proposed payout. jason I have tried to call you back about 10 times and just a ring a ring a ring is all I got! Same with smurf!

Am I the only one concerned about this situation?
my wife and I, along with Shannon, Smurf, Wolf, Jason
and other members worked our @$$es off on preparing,
repairing, transportation, ticket sales and painting of the
project truck,and earned about $500.00 dollars from all
that work. It appears that we did all that for NOTHING..
I don't know about the rest, but I am throughly disgusted
with the fact that this money has mysteriously disappeared
and no one is doing a d@mn thing about finding out where
it went.I put a lot of miles on my company truck and burnt
a lot of diesel fuel, which I was glad to donate to the club,
but by God I feel someone owes an explanation.
 
I think a % should be set at the begining of the year for each position of the money avalible for payout. To decide how much each position gets now is a joke. It is only a $5 diff for me so I could care less which payout we use. Take the % each position got last year and use that this year, that would be the fairest way to go. Then next year we can do it right and set it up before the season starts. The $600 was voted on for 1st so I can not see changing that.
 
Hey Bob, this is Teresa......Wasn't the whole $1100 we made at Montgomery that last night all profit? Wasn't the 50/50 $402 all profit? What happened to all that?

Jason you have to be kidding, you controlling the spending of a groups money?

I do think that this thread should be dedicated only to serious disscussion about the missing money, the prevention of future problems, and is not a place for alot of the games people like to play on here.
 
My Thought

When the sponser didnt come up with his cash, the RAMS president was ready to splash his name all over the website. And NOW some of the RAMS money is " unaccounted " for and the president doesnt seem to want to address it ????? I would think it would be the leaders job to get to the bottom of this ! jmo ........ LeaDonna
 
He has tried more than once, to remedy the situation, and keeps getting excuses, not to mention being avoided. It isnt just Jeffs responsibility, we are a group, and should be taking care of this together. As I believe we are starting to do..Bob call me. No since in giving the rest of the money more time to appear, it should have been done before now. Its time we move on and contact the proper people.

Teresa that is 1502+ 1740= $3242.It seems like there was something more also, but the minutes will show that...

talked to millsey last night. when she brought the check book to him , everything was not there to come up with the details on where it went and what was taken out. we will get the rest of the paper work, and get it all staitened out. and then we all will talk as a group in our meeting about our money problem. so right now don't get on here and talk about this. we as a group will get down to the bottom of it. please, lets wait. :)
 
okay smurf will speak now.... I'm with wolf I do belive Wolf and Shannon are worried about this subject along with Millsey and Bob (I'm concerened too) but I belive wolf and shannon and Millsey is working on this and NOT talking about it on here until they know all the fact's .... let's face it folks we can get on here and type thing we never really mean when we are P.O. so lets take this to the p.m.'s e-mail or via phone so lets shut the circus down until the meeting... write down some of your questions... if we do payout what is listed above and then later find more "lost" money we can send out the extra check in the mail no biggie ...trust me this subject will not get "swept under the rug" to many members want to know...
