bedrock what a joke!

goody78,i dont have a kart for myself, only my son. we have a blast racing at bedrock and thats the only reason we are there.to have fun.all i was saying is whats the point to pay a 20 dollar entry fee and then only get 20 back if you win. why not just take the money for the pit passes and put it towards something else.my family buys at least 5 pit passes every week.(at least 5).i wasnt trying to offend you or anyone else.i just thought it was a good suggestion.

All I was saying is.............Don't leave the kids out of the money, when they have just as much invested as the adults. The first few wins or special events for trophies is fine, but gets old after awhile and fills up the bedrooms quick. Plus have you seen some of the cheap plastic trophies? not worth it. Also my kid saves his winnings for the next races entry fee, trophies don't pay for it. If a track wants the same karts coming back week after week give the winner a free entry for the following week, it probably would equal out to the same. Or maybe a gift certificate for oil, fuel, or parts. just a suggestion.

Nobody is twising arms to make anyone race at Bedrock or any other tracks. If you don't want to come, don't. The races will go on, and the drivers will still turn left with or without you. To Frank and his entire staff that make it all happen at Bedrock; thanks for the work that went into preping the track after over 2 inches of rain so we could all race. That weekend a lot of tracks, including stockcar tracks that would have enjoyed a lot of money yielding fans sitting in the stands, that make up the payout, was halted. I wonder what the payout would be in Nascar, are even the areas stockcar tracks for that matter, if it was dependant upon pit pass fees and entry fees as the primary soures of money to award drivers? I aslo wonder what would replace all of those tracks that would go out of business it that were the case? Again, Thanks Bedrock staff and HMR for putting together a great day of racing.
