in my opinion it was a bad slide job. i dont think bobby did it to take him out on purpose he was just trying to get a win and made a bad pass to do it. ive seen alot of the top drivers in the country do the same type of passes. And if melvin would have lifted he would have hopped the cushion and still lost his spot. i think bobby is a good driver and has a bright future ahead of him but i to have lost alot of respect for him starting with him at fairbury over the infield tires and again at highland last year and the feger insident. im not saying rodney melvin is an angel its just on this particular night bobby was in the wrong.
