Best & Worst Tracks. It started out that way then went to food then back to best & Worst Tracks. I don't get to go to a lot of tracks so Im all over the food thing.

The raceing season is just days away and the trip to the Dream is just about sold out. The dead line for deposits has changed to April 20th 2008. This has been done for the people that do not have internet accuses and might want to go..
There are 8 seats left for the Dream and plenty open as of now for the World 100
With the permission of the race tracks we will be handing out flyers in the first 2 weeks of April for the remaining 8 seats to the Dream and for the trip to the World 100. Again This is being done for the people that do not have the internet and might want to go.
If you have not booked your trip for the Dream after the March 31 deadline please Call Candy or P/M me to book your trip to the Dream.
March 31 2008 we will be removing the pay-pal from the web site for the Dream trip only. This is being done to make shure we do not over book this trip.
If there is anyone going on the trip that wants to pay the rest of the trip by pay-pal on a later date please let me know before the dead line and I will see what we can do.
Just a reminder to everyone please have the rest of your trip money in cash only when we board the bus. We can not take checks or credit cards at that time.
The pay-pal will still be there for the World 100 for you to make your reservation for that trip.
Thank you to everyone that has already booked and look forward to seeing you on the trip and at the track this upcoming weekend. Stop by and say hi.

We are talking about removing the pay-pal for The Dream trip only to avoid overbooking this trip. There are only 6 seats left. There will be NO extra seats after the 6 are sold. This trip WILL be a sell out so don't wait. In the event we sell the remaining 6 seats I will post it as a sell out. Thank you to everyone going on the trip, it will be a great time. You can order your seats for the World 100 up to June 30th 2008 on pay-pal or by mail. I will post pick up points soon. Some stops are having construction issues and we need to stay out of there way.
 
There are still a few seats left for the dream, If gas prices have priced you out of the race We can help. With all the rain we have not been able to hand out flyers for the last 6 seats so you still have time.
 
Just an update as of right now we are looking to have pick up points for the Dream in Arnold & Troy & Effinghan as last year. Everything will be posted the closer the trip gets. If you need to be picked up somewhere else please put up a post so we can get back with you.

I just got this off the Eldora web site, so here it is.
:rolleyes::rolleyes: BIG BIG HUGE BIG MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT :rolleyes::rolleyes:
The Big "E" & Tony Stewart have posted on there web site that there is going to be a HUGE MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT coming up at The Dream.
" While Tony remains tight-lipped about what will transpire, He has hinted that it centers around the rich haritage & history of Eldora Speedway along with it's original & former owners Earl & Berenice Baltes" Thats Right off there site. They also added that this show will be one race you don't want to miss. They say they are holding this announcement just for The Dream.
With that said we still have a few seats left. I don't think you will want to miss this one.
My guess is he is just going to get his hair cut or his check to Earl bounced.:eek::D:D Eather way don't miss out.
 
Just a recap since the question has come up.
The trip price is $225.00 and includes the Bus, Reserved Admission Ticket, BBQ on Saturday before we head to the track and Hotel Room.
There is a deposit of $100.00 to reserve your seat.
We also will have door prizes on the trip that include a few pit passes.
The bus will leave Arnold @ 7:00 AM & make stops if necessary in Troy Il., Effingham IL, Additional arrangments can be made if needed. We will stop in Terre Haute, IN to eat at a "Buffet style" Restaurant. ( this food stop not included in your trip cost)
We will arrive at the hotel around 3:00PM and will leave for the track at 4:15 PM. Friday is just qualifing and non-qualifing races only. If you choose not to go to the track on Friday you may stay at the hotel and you will still have your seat for Saturday. Friday night usually last untill about 2:00Am. The bus will leave the track 1 & 1/2 hours after the the last race so you have time to see your driver or drivers.
Saturday around 10:30 am there will be a FREE BBQ at the hotel next to the bus before we leave for the track. At that time we will ask everyone what time they think we should leave for the track. We suggest that you do all your souvenir shopping on Friday so you don't haft to carry it around all day on Saturday. Once we are at the track we will be there untill it is over. The bus will park just outside the turn 4 gates.
Pit passes can be bought at the gate for $5.00 extra. The bus will leave the track on Saturday night 1 & 1/2 hours after the FEATURE!!!

If you are wanting to go to the Dream please do not mail your payment, please call before booking the trip to the Dream as seats are running out. I do belive that tickets for this race at the gate are sold out if not close to it. You can PM me or drop me a post here if you need to make payment arangements to the Dream.
There are still plenty of seats to the World 100 and you can go on line or mail your deposits in for that trip NOW
Thanks to all that have singed up for this trip and Tony Stewart is going to make an announcement on the future of the track at that race.

bigevil1 thanks for coming out to watch Bryan race and all your support. I'll have his update soon as they post the results. There were some questions on a few karts in the final race so we are not shure of the outcome. He loves it when people come out to watch him race. He did set his best track time ever last weekend. He seems to go faster when people come to see him race. Like I said at the track I went the wrong way on his set up in the prefinal but he made up for it in the final. We are 30 pounds to heavy. That is no problum in the rules, you just can't be to light. So I need to go looking for a smaller kart. If you hear of anyone that might want to sponsor a kid in racing please send them my way.

Just thought I would bring this up, The trip is closing in soon. Melissa I will get with you this week or by Monday on this.
 
30 Days to Eldora and The Dream. There are only a few seats left. You still have time to go if you are thinking about it. Thanks to everyone going on the trip, It is close enough to call a sell out, So I wanted to take this time to personally thank you for your support and look forward to seeing you soon. Candy also wanted me to thank everyone for going and we are looking to have a great time.
Hold off on buying that beer Bigevil1 & Rustymlk1 you do not want that born on date to get to old.:D
