Calling All Mini-stock Racers

Or are you defending the person who bought your truck which would be the right thing to do. Oh yea it was sold out of state, or will it mysteriously show up at MCS next year reveling another lie told??

Well Jim the way I see it you got the rules changed so you could win now you are in a different class and the rest of us are stuck with the new rules. How come no one else wants the new rules except you and these fictitious calls and PM's you get? Since you are in a different class now why don't you just go away and leave this class that you screwed up alone?

Jack what rules were changed to make me win i had the same motor for 3 years and i was legal with even the old rules, what made me start wining was the work i did on my set up i had my truck hooking up better than most of the cars there. Jack i told you i am building a toyota truck so i am still going to race in the ministocks, just because the other drivers dont get on here and say anything does not mean they dont like the new rules. Like i said before what are you *****ing about you have a wining car you dont have to spend any more money

No that deal fell through im sure it will be at MCS sometimes but its home track will be do-run thats why they changed the rule for the rods so it will be legal there thats what he told me.

Please Stay on Topic.

Fellas...Fellas....please stay on the topic hear and post your "rules" communication in the appropriate thread.

Thanks Bill.

Steve..you have a very good point about the tracks alternating the mini-stock class. I will pass this idea on too the track manager. So will you guys be coming down next year to The Rock?

ahh what the hell...nevermind my last post post all ya want. So where do I find a copy of the MCS rules? Can someone simplify the differences for me?

Ministocks @ The Rock

Stephen,

Basically, YES, we would run the ROCK, but as I have said there is not enough cars to run both tracks. These 2 tracks (DoeRun and Fredricktown) should get together and alternate the minis. We would run BOTH tracks if they get together for the better of the ministock class. IT WOULD BE OF GREAT INTEREST TO BOTH TRACKS. You need a "starter" class to promote the dirt racing and then those drivers move up, i.e.: Bill Nickelson, C.J. Wright and so forth and new drivers come in like myself, which only adds more drivers to the "WHOLE" program.

Thank you very much for your idea! I totally think that it would be beneficial for both tracks to work together on this. Whatever happens I look forward to showing my new bumper next year...hehe:eek::eek: as I slide on past ya...sideways....full throttle....heart beating out of chest!...O ya baby! I can see it already!

WTF? Leave our track out of your pissin' contest!:mad: And if you're going to give it a shameful plug, at least learn how to spell the freakin' name...

Sorry for Hijacking your thread Shunjun but everyone wants to keep this a low budget class except for one guy with more money than since and his imaginary friends. THe rules should be on MCS's website but the man with the inside track says they are not correct so I guess they will be changing again.

No one wanted the porting and polishing rule Jim, now we get to spend more and they cut our pay in half. It may be just me but spending more for less does not make allot of since.

That being said I am done on this thread

Hey Jack

I understand you wanting to control the cost of the class. If I were in this class I would be the same way. That's why I moved down to the B mods from the A's. It's a whole lot more fun when you don't have to break the bank to go racing. My point is if nobody in the class doesn't want to spend the money then make an agreement between the racers to hold things in check. I don't have any info on others but I know the 50 and the 4 Aces that I pit next to had the same motors in their cars from the 06 season. Neither one of them has the porting and polishing and head work done. Stock chamber heads other than milling to true them up. Both of those cars ran well without the extra cost. The 50 never even turned a wrench on his motor all winter last year. And the 4 Aces motor was taken out of the old car and put in the new car untouched as well. You don't need all that stuff to be fast. Just put it on the floor "let it eat parts are cheap" . You'll be fine next year with just a little tweaking. If you need help come find me you know where I'll be pitted. Good luck and have a safe holiday season.
