Watch the LF wheel on 41. He hits the ruts and that wheel slows significantly, which tells me hes on the brakes at that point. Dont believe the contact was intentional, but i can see 24 giving him a shot once as being acceptable. Not multiple times. If youve got that good of a run on a guy just pass him instead of drive thru him.
