Fastrak,Weekly Track in Illinois?

With the $10,000 to win Championship Point Fund offered by Fastrak and only having to run 15 nights for the weekly championship along with all the other opportunities they have to offer, would a Fastrak sanction be good for the crate class at Clay County Speedway (Flora, IL.)?

TRI CITY SPEEDWAY TO KICK OUR SPORTSMAN CLASS TO THE CURB AND TAKE OUR PLACE. SO PLEASE LET THEM STAY AT THE MECCA AND LET US KEEP OUR LITTLE DUMP AS MANY THINK IT IS.

I wonder how that would settle in UMP's craw. A UMP promoter deciding to sanctioning Fastrack crates rather than supporting UMP's crate division.

Twin Cities Raceway Park in Indiana runs a number of UMP classes, however the crate class is Nesmith Chevrolet Sanctioned (Stormpay). Montgomery County Speedway runs UMP Mods & Fastrak Late Models as well. If I remember correctly, Mt.Vernon ran IMCA Mods & UMP Late Models in the 90's. Many tracks run different sanctions besides the UMP sanction. UMP probably doesn't like the idea, but apparently they let it ride.

It specialized in cheap gold chains, rings, earrings, etc and the public just loved the low prices. It grew really fast for a couple of years and Ratner became a multi-millionaire overnight.
Then one evening, he was a guest speaker at an engagement when he flippantly remarked, regarding the quality of the jewelery, that it had the shelf life of a sandwich.
The next day, the press had a field day with it, headlines splashed all over that Ratner thought everyone was a fool for buying his cheap gold.
Within months, his fortune was gone, and he was bankrupt.
Isn't it funny how just one comment can change everything?

If UMP would of took the time to listen to the "ex-CARS" drivers and not jumped into all these rules that they thought would be best for them we probably wouldnt be sitting here worried about new track in Illinois. Fastrack seems to be headed in the right direction and not trying to upset a already inpalce set of rules and costing racers more money.

You know, I was sitting here trying to figure out what any of my posts on here had to do with you, Sean. And for the life of me, I could not figure it out. Until I remembered that nice picture of you presenting that big $10,000 CARS championship check to Nick. Then it all became clear how you think this has something to do with you. You know, Stan making a blanket accusation at former employees bouncing checks to him, then you presenting a big check to somebody that they couldn't cash. I guess there could be some connection there, but what do I know? All I know is that I never bounced checks to people, or handed out a check to someone they could not take to the bank and cash.
You don't have to worry about people keeping an eye on you, Sean. There's still the little matter of the CARS point fund that has somehow managed to cease to exist, and you being the focal point/pivot man, director and an owner of CARS.
Instead of sitting watching what other people are posting on the net, why don't you spend some time trying to figure out how you do something to take care of all the CARS guys who supported you and have ended up with nothing?
