Well I really didnt want to have to get on here and say anything, but after reading all of this i realize how big of a joke u guys really r tryin to make the hornet class. Having teams like KRI, The Eilers Boys, The shaws, and hamblin zbinden etc......... its all total b.s. Noone is ur friend out there on those race tracks weather u think so or not. Aaron Wood i hate to break it to u but u know damn well that rob shaw is a good guy, for example he has halled ur race car to the track b4, u would ask him for advice on how to run ur car and he would help the best he could. No matter how much b.s. u guys come on here and say, i have raced with him for two years now and he has taught me everything there is to know about the cars we run and i can guarntee u not only r they stock, but there faster just bc of who is drving them. Just man up Wood, Bu## Krusty, and the rest of u fo shizzles and accept that an old man and his son go out there and beat ur butts in legal cars and they have all my respect in the world. Little hamblin hasn't anyone told u u need to stay away from the race track,bc u cannot even be watching the same races everybody else is watchin,bc ur brother is never in the picture when the shaws eilers and zbinden are all racing tg on the same track bc he sux. And if he gets a lucky pill one night and wins does anybody really care? NOOOOOOOOOOOOO! So just shut up. WoW it must be real fun watchin ryan eilers and bob zbinden battle it out for the win every sat night ibet ya thats what the fans want to see let me tell ya. Lets just say the competion level went from 4 on a scale of a 100 at highland bc everybody there is terrible. The super single cam Ryan has been running around with and basically been stealing the tracks money and trophys with should be the hot topic on here oooooooo i forgot hes ur guys soooooo called friend. Hate to break it to u guys Eddie Haskal shouldnt be the topic of discussion Ryan Eilers should be. U guys on here congratulating him for track championship at highland and tri-city, heck maybe even UMP is just insane. Once a cheater always a cheater it runs in that whole eilers family, but there ur friends dont forget that. Last thing, just to let everybody know thats why i quit racing full time bc u guys dont even make it fun anymore its always about tryin to get somebody, i couldnt count on all my fingers and toes how many times i got taken out in 06 weather it was an eilers gilomen warren hamblin and whoever my car coulndt finish a race and it was all over a lousy trophy and a 100 bucks. Well u boys have fun with this post, but we all know that the truth hurts and All of u should just give up racing and stay up in the stands drinkin beer keepin urself from gettin grey hair for ****in all the time and cant figure out why. Three words U CANT DRIVE.
 
First of all, none of the Shaws hardly ever beat Hamblin even with their illegal cars because they can't drive. Second of all, if i recall Hamblin has had several bad draws this year where he has come from last and won the heat. oh and make that 4 feature wins at highland this year because he passed Zbendin and won last Saturday. and that was a fun race. Hamblin can go to Tri-city and smoke the shaws, its just that both times he went there this year the engine was cutting out really bad and it turned out to be a warped head. We haven't been there since. Zbendin, Eilers, and Hamblin are friends so i don't know what your talking about. They are very competitive on the track. When did Matt ever hit you? He was probably always in front of you so you shouldn't be talking. Usually fans want to see a race and thats what they give them.

Man buddy, did u get ran on the track by them over because you ran them over to. To mister towmator00 that is. Because i know if you hit me like Gorkamyster did to everybody at highland this year, i woulda smoked you into the wall to. Plus, I do have many friends at the track man. You must walk around at the track pulling on IT if you dont have friends man, because that will be your only friend if your gonna be like that. Sometimes not on the track all the time but life goes on and if they do you dirty guess what, keep your mouth shut and go to the next week and do them dirty back. Thats racing plain and simple.

Jon, i like the Gorkamyster comment. he probably has hit everyone at the track this year. Matt got a pretty good dent passing him in a heat once at the beginning of the season. He just runs into everyone with his tank.
 
man i'd sure like to have one of those cars...i gotta truck i'd trade ya for one of em..i aint got a liciens anymore and i want another racecar

Man i'd take the car if i had the money right now lol...if i had the cash trust me Shaw i'd done been down there to buy em haha...it wouldn't matter to me witch one i got lol..i'm just wantin a race car...and i know these are good cars to buy and fast..worth the money anybody got the money and are wantin one dont think twice cuz they are great cars to buy...

Just to show some support for the shaws, yes it does take at least $1200.00 to build a good, fast, safe race car. If you want to win and be safe at the same time, you will spend the money. Thats what it takes to race; thats what it takes to be fast. And by the way, Saturns are fast, even without aftermarket parts. It takes brains and common sense to build a good racecar and I think the shaws are doing a good job at what they do. $1500.00 is cheap for a race ready Saturn and parts car. Lets start with this. Car:$100-$500; Roll cage installed: $300.00; seat, belts, window net: 250.00; LABOR AND TIME: at least 200.00. etc... There are sooo many ways to spend money on a good race car so all of you that think they are asking too much for these fine racecars should really do the math.

some of that is true but i have to say you can buy a race ready car that is a winner for less not saying shaws cars are not good dont take it that way but i have bought a car cheaper and won races without putting that kinda of money into it just depends on what you find and being in the right place at the right time i paid i think is wars around 700 for a race ready car and won with it there are deals out there but i will say the cars shaws build are good cars but that is not the only way to win it is not only the car it has to do with the driver too
 
I understand that. I wasnt trying to start anything with anyone. I was just stating an opinion. And you are right, alot of winning is being a good driver. Car and driver have to work together to win. If the car is great, beyond belief, but the driver is no good, good luck winning.
