Highland hornets

Dustin Korte?????? Ummmmmmm yeah you must not really know about Hornets becuase Korte S***S He gets up in front and then gets scared and purposely drops to the back. He has a fast car hes just not ready to race. His dads an awesome driver but i guess his dads skills skipped dustin. MY Opinion for the best hornet driver is DANIEL HECK. Hes 15 years old and gets 1st 2nd or 3rd in the feature every week.

Dustin is a great driver for how old he is and his driving skills. I mean seriously Im sure the heck boys have a lot more practice when your dad owns a race track. I got a really fast car and this is my 6th night and im jus now startin to break into the top ten. It takes time to learn and i know its totally different on the track and a lot harder than what it looks like in the stands. As for camry2608 all i have to say is lets see you drive better.

You will racinredneck..........Actually the Heck boys just about never go to the racetracks and practice. Its just called ummmmmmmmmm TALENT. Dustin Korte and Daniel Heck are the same age and Kortes dad is a good late model driver. From what ive seen Aaron Heck is better than Dustin Korte and hes younger. Dustin spent a week in Mt. Vernon a couple of weeks ago and i guess i know these things because i either heard them out of his mouth or someone proved them

So what number you drive and when will you be racin because I guess Ill have to make the haul down to Mt. Melvin and see you smoke me to. O wait Im only 14 also!!! I wonder how good I am compared Daniel and Aaron Heck?????

Mt. Melvin??????????? What difference does it make that youre 14 years old???? Im only 15 years old. Yeah you and Dustin should make the haul down to Mt. Vernon and on the way stop and pick up Timmons.

Who is going to win this years CHAMPIONSHIP???????

Since it is the end of July almost and the season is winding down quickly.

I was just curious to who you all think will win this years point championship this year at Highland?

So for I think it will be either Aaron Hemann, Phillip Thole, or Robbie Eilers.

i think that i will be robbie most likely but phil is a lot more consistant with his finishes but i would like to see robbie win

I just wanted to say that if Steve Morrison would quit getting blocked over at B-Town, he would give the two Highland drivers a run for their money. There was 3-4 weeks in a row that he has been intentionally blocked and run off the track b/c he was coming on strong in the race. what's up w/ that?

Hey Pit,
dude honestly... steve hes a great guy and great racer and he can beat teh regular 3 car and he can beat sandiford... but if him and eilers race together id put my money on eilers b/c that ****er is crazy...... just the way he drives around that track and how close he gets to the walls every time hes soo consisteant and him and stevie are my fav. drivers and steve he has been getting in the wrecks lately.. but ive never seen anyone block him not saying that your wrong but from what ive seen..... but hes not gonna win champion ship in b town... i think lil eilers has got it in the bag but i hope to see steve in the 2nd pos. b4 the years over.... if he can beat dan..

I agree that Eilers is a great driver, and has the points championship in the bag. He brings excitement to the races there-no question. I just know for a fact that he is getting blocked. I have been in the pits w/ him before and after the race, I see what goes on. He has already talked to Charlie and the flag man about what's happened, and they will do nothing b/c eilers brings too much attention to that class. Not that Eilers personally blocks for him, but Steve does get blocked. 3 weeks ago he came around turn 4 trying to pass and was on the inside of the 3 and he cut down right on him from the outside. Steve had to take it to the middle and the flag guy didn't even look twice at him. He was standing right in front of him and didn't say a word. Steve has been black flagged 2-3 times in the last month-not calendar month, the last 30-days, and for what?-trying to compete so that he doesn't get pushed around. I think that is bulls**t. He has had one feature win-points taken away for that. He is not a dirty driver- aggressive maybe and you know that 8jrfan. All my message said is that Steve would give Eilers a nice race. It's exciting to see races where one driver is not the only one competing for 1st. Sandiford has been old news to Steve after he got his car running right again. He had some probs. but that is in the past. I just hate seeing drivers get sent down for stupid things like blocking and terrible judgement on black flags. Points may be different had his car not been on the DL for almost 7 races. That's alot of decent points missed out on. Again, nothing to Eilers's season.

Other than knocking me into the front straight wall and hitting me in the ***** end a few times in turns one and three ok I suppose. You need to realize when to lift. You are not going to go full blast in the turns or your car will push into the cushion and then you might hit the wall. You were obviously following the same line around the track as I was. I usually run high all the time to keep my rmp's up. If you are going to pass, pass at the first available chance but don't keep rearending people like that it was a good thing i straightend out or I probably would have run head long into the wall. Yes I know rubbing is racing but it was about the 5th time you had hit me from behind. I realized you had a faster car and gave you plenty of oppurtunity to pass on the inside. Then for you hitting me I get sent to the back when it was not my fault but oh well. I have never claimed on here or at the track to be the fastest and I realize this. I am not cocky and am out there truley to have a good time. I don't have to win to be happy just to have a car out there and racing is what makes me happy. I think other racers will agree I am pretty clean driver and have never intentionally hit someone to gain a spot. I did take into concideration you were there for your first night and getting a feel for the track just watch it in the turns when someone is in front and not try to take their rear bumper off. My mustang has been racing for 4 years. We made it into then a wannabee at pevely. It has survived pretty well considering. The front end is messed up a bit and does not turn as well and not as fast as it used to be but hey it still runs and as long as it does I will be out there. There is no hard feelings but that night I was a little miffed. haha. Any way hope to turn more laps with you in the future just leave my ***** end intact please.
