How do WE??

butch our old pay out was x amount of cars that showed up... lets say 35 per car 20 cars track write us a check for $700 we had a pay break down Marty,LD,Crystal,Shannon, even ol bill might have one of the olds ones... that what made us popular we walk in 20 cars owners knew $700 bucks we gave them print out of our pay along with our members car#'s for the announcer... Ole millsey and them had it set up pretty slick if you know what I mean!!... this is what made us have higher car counts more cars more $$$$$ for us.... supply vrs demand... I still have pintos in the back field and couple mustangs just waiting to see if it pans out ....

I would like to wish you all the best on restarting the RAMS (I truely mean it)!
Smurf the track paid the RAMS $60 for each car that took the GREEN in the feature (10cars =$600 ,20=$1,200). I believe the hardest think to sell the RAMS to some tracks will be they only payout something like $50 & a trophy to the PRO4s and have 16-20 cars. Why payout $1,200? The other problem was North drivers wanted to support Mel on every Saturday, and I understand that. It's alot of work on the drivers if they race Friday night and then need to change gears for the next night, that's if the car/truck made it thru Friday nights racing.
It was alot of fun. The last year that I raced RAMS I only did the traveling series. If the reborn could get 3 tracks to work together say DRR, Rock and MCR and set it up in rotation say MCR-ROCK-DRR,MCR-ROCK-DRR,MCR-ROCK-DRR The RAMS would get in about 16 or so nights and end the series the LaborDay week-end. I would like to see a driver be able to drop their 2 worst night during the season (reason being funeral or a wedding or even a blown engine) this way a person wouldn't get discouraged over 1 or 2 bad nights and they would continue to support the series.
The New RAMS will need the file with the state and also get a Federal ID# Marty Boyer
