Mikey is a really nice guy, and as far as I'm concerned the deal with him and Rick was slim compared to some of the things I have seen on the track.

Well for your information Mike Francis must be doing something right!!! He's about to win the track championship @ Malden and is leading the points @ Farmington. As for as the parts business..it is doing EXCEPTIONALLY WELL!!!!

what the hell do you man by that??? mikey doesnt hit anyone on purpose. if he was hitting everyone on purpose dont ya thinks the points lead would be bigger than what is??? and i havent seen you at the track in awhile either!!!
 
I agree with Racewidow, this was all settled and done last week. Rick is a good customer of HMS, and Mike would never purposely do anything to harm that racer to racer relationship or HMS customer relationship-- with anyone for that matter. I have been with Mike as long as he has been racing, and if he hits someone, trust me, it is NOT on purpose. He has a huge heart, even when it comes to racing (I personally think he lets himself get pushed around too much sometimes). Why would he tear up his own stuff to take out someone else???? He'd be the first one to help anyone out with whatever they needed or had to have to be able to race. I videotape every week, sometimes what you think happened looks a WHOLE LOT DIFFERENT when you look at it again. This weekend in front of the grandstands, Mike ran into the rear end of Brewster #63. This guy had the courtesy after the races to come over and apologize for his car getting "a little crazy" in the straight, Mike had a good run and had no where else to go. I'm sure some saw that "incident" as Mike's fault also. This guy knew HE wasn't a "victim", he felt Mike was. It is supposed to be about racing, winning, having fun, but above all good sportsmanship!!! :) :) :) :) That's why we race!!!
