hey kenny i was going to ask if i could be on your crew but with all the legal beagle stuff goin on i dont think i could be much help
 
I made them an offer to settle out of court and they declined. I told them that since I am responsible for Kenny's actions and I am the car owner that the only thing I have to offer is to send Kenny to live with them. Can you only imagine that they said NO. LOL

As of noon on Friday Oct.15 2004 ,Dewey Cheatem and How has ask me to stop talking to the above counter suing parties.He said something about a Chapter 11 ,I guess he is reading a book, i don't know. He said if I don't have anything that they won't be able to get blood out of a turnip, or something like that. I didn't relize that my lawyers were some kind of cook.Maybe I'll hire him as my own personal chef when we win this law suit against Chick Carts. The above figures have been thought over and Cheatem said that the figures I showed were just his figures.Lance and John living in the same house with me would not be too bad, only if they would help me with the race cars, but why do you have to torture us with them girls every other week.Now John and myself understand why Lance is the way he is.....LOL Best of luck in court because you will need it......... This is Amber I do NOT agree with the offer. It is bad enough living with my dad and daddy john,but Uncle Kenny too. :eek: I refuse refuse refuse refuse.I will NOT spend a week with kenny unless we wre camping agin. DOn't mention this post to our lawyer. We are not suppose to have any contact with the enemy. :cool:
 
As of 10/16 the chicKarts drivers and our lawer Mr.Harold Banks have taken th ferosius Miss E hostage. We will continue to have Miss E hostage untill we recieve an apolige or some kind of payment. She was lookin kind of cold so i figured i would give her some anitifreeze :eek: . She was been sleeping very well. Last night a mesterious lookin dog tried to get to her but i threw a wheel at him. we would like everyone to keep us up dated on the whereabouts of McGee(the mysterious dog). ;)

Ok, well I've contacted our layers this morning, Dewy, Cheatem & How, and we are adding Kidnapping to are Counter suit........And It's Migual Not MCGEE ....So I guess we will have to add False illigations to the suit to................... And IF YOU HURT MY BABY, I'LL KICK YOUR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
i contacted farmington animal control about some rat lookin dogs running around and they said that they were an indangerment :p .So we had our lawyer to add child endangerment to the bill. we also got permission to put the mutts down if it comes to that :rolleyes: . so the two rat dogs will be kept under close supervision. so unless u want your dog put down then u better pay up. As of right now that letter still stands. :D

Guess what Said that if you do not return the Dogs in 24 hours we will send out a warrent for your arrest, for Kidnapping................So you have one of two choices give the back or go to .........
 
Court Date

You can not arrest us for kidnapping because we stole a rat not a child. We are also adding Fraud to the bill.As of 10/18 we have planned a court date. We have talked to Mr. Harold Banks and agreed on 10/23/04. :p The meeting will be held at the VFW in farmington. The dogs will be returned then or at a later time :confused: . The court will start at 6 pm. have our payment too.good luck. :cool:

Our lawyer Mr.Harold Banks has asked us to remind the enemy's of the court date. It is tomorrow at the vfw. It starts at six. Don't forget the money.

This is Amber and i am p**sed off. We gave you your mutts and their puppies (after the activities at my house). But we have seen no money not a penny. I will be getting in contact since you haven't been visiting here lately. thank you very much.
