do you want to come over saturday and pack some wheel bearings? after all you owe me after all of the help i gave you on the ford.

Hmmmmmm, what am I doing on Saturday??? Oh yeah, that's right, I'm going to the Craftsman truck race!!! LOL. I do feel like I owe you with some help being as how you worked your magic on the Ford. How does Sunday Sound to ya? Being as how we don't have a Nextell Cup race to watch.
 
Well, you enjoy your little craftsman truck thing. I'll give you a call sunday to see for sure. Depending on how much i get paid i might do some other thing to the ol' S10.
 
Oh, I will! would that other thing involve a V8? ha ha ha, just kidding. Not yet eh. My S-10 is just sitting there w/ all it's problems, 4-cyl., flat tire, etc.
4-cyl being the biggest problem though.LOL
 
Ya, that 4-cyl is a real problem. I told you we might be getting a 87 camaro. the guy wants $300 for it. He said it had a fuel regulator problem so they installed a new one. the only problem with it is they installed it in wrong and it sprayed gas out of the tpi all over the hot exhaust pipes and it caught on fire. the the guy sarted stripping the interior or something. but its supposed to come with brand new headers to be installed and other things so for $300, it would probably be a fun and cheap (cheaper) restoration job. You'd have to see it. lol
 
I just started taking the truck apart to get the old motor and transmission out. My question is, will I have to do any cutting/welding on the motor mounts to get V8 mounts in since it had a 2.5 4-cyl in it? Also, if anyone needs the old radiator, it's in great shape, make an offer on it. I would also be willing to sell it with the old motors and transmission.
