Yes Duck we are non-profit. They are making a DONATION that we are using for points funds, etc.

Trashdog, i guess i am addressing this to you. I, as a paid RAMS member am VERY upset that Jeff Mills has more privilage to the RAMS forum board than myself and ALLLLLLLLLLLL the other faithful RAMS members. I was an officer until the last couple of months, i attended EVERY meeting, and was VERY supportive to each and every RAMS driver and " I " am NOT allowed to post on the RAMS board but the likes of Jeff Mills is ??????????? Just because he is spewing his mouth about " saving the RAMS and getting all these SO-CALLED sponsors for the RAMS drivers ? He NEVER attended not 1 meeting ( and still hasn't so far ) or was at NOT 1 RAMS event. I think it is an insult to all us RAMS members that were active in the assosiation. And from the calls i have gotten and a PM, others feel EXACTLY the same way !!!!!! In a PM he sent he spoke about all the " pot stirrers and trouble makers " well .......... that is exactly what he was for the RAMS during Crystal, Shannon , Myself and Trashdog. NOWWWWWWWWW that there is a new President, he seems to be able to do whatever he wants. And in speaking with you Trashdog, you told me that would NEVER happen. Seems it already has. :confused: :mad: LD

LeaDonna, I had the same conversation with Trashdog and he assured
me that he was not going to be a puppet for Jeff Mills...Hmmmmm.
Maybe we all ought to check out the picture posted by 9th St. Gangsta...

A good question Duck...The Rams are selling it for a profit, then putting that profit into a "points fund" which is awarded to the members at the end of the year (along with a 1099 form) that shows it as being earnings, or profit for those members...Is that legal in a not for profit corp?

as far as the non-profit status goes, you have to keep real good records of income, and make sure you spend real close to the same amount thru the year. keep good records of each. and bad bob.. will you make a difference in MY life, and be MY mentor? hehe. you are hilarious, man!! art.
