I agree with the transponder thing. Was at Tri City last night, and what a great show. They use transponders and it takes all the guess work out of where cars were when a yellow comes out. They dont use a cone for restarts, but if they did transponders would take judgement calls out of the hands of flagmen. Flagmen cant see everything, all the time, this would definately help. Cant imagine what the cost would be though.

I also think they need to get rid of lap cars!! I dont want to see a race restart with 2 or 3 lap car between 1st & 2nd. I pay my 10 bucks to see a race. I know some racers will say its not fair, because they earned to have the lap cars there. If you are fast enough to win you dont need lap cars! Thats why WoO,NASCAR,and others dont have them. Put them to the back or let them pull off if they choose. And please I beg the track NOT TO TIME-IN the sprintcars!! Its fun to see the fast cars strat in back,middle,anywhere and work to get in the dash.
