QUESTION: Is there more hate & discontent this year than in year's past??

Venus makes a great point about making threats and slandering folks. Perhaps we should all keep in mind the standard for Libel--remember the accronym DIPF (Defamation...Identification....Publication...and Falsehood. We've all posted things we regret--myself included. Just be careful folks.:)
 
i agree with pitboss.. dennis,i gotta say that the quarter midget races are a lot more difficult to attend,and participate in, due to that white #38 car and crew causing soooooooooooooo much of a ruckus and bad attitudes. i just don't know what i'm gonna do anymore. might just go buy a late model and run brownstown. it's safer there!!! just kiddin' buddy!!! lots of fun runnin' with ya!!! art/jen. :D :D

Although I always proofread everything I post...debate on it ... I dont recall regreting anything I posted...Some of it werent too nice either.. ;)
 
Yes..racefan4ever.seem to think..someone is out to break my jaw. Well.i never..threaten anyone on or off here..and take that serious..and will be dealt with seriously. I did express some opinions..about the 8 car..and crew..and its called just that..an opinion. I never once said..im gonna break ya jaw man..or im gonna come and kick your a@@ man! I call that wlefare people..they are the ones..when someone actually does beat them up..they call their lawyer first thing Monday..and go on welfare. So..talk a mean talk behind a keyboard people..but remember what you say..and how you say it. And its funny..because people voice their opinions..about me..our family having junk..and bad driving..but i dont see us..causing wrecks..running into people..and stuff. In fact..ive never..ever even spun anyone out. Came close. and that happens. but if i can avoid trouble..i do. And some people appreciate it. As far as people threatening my dad..tha man has a heart condition..pretty good to threatin someone like that.Then you get people..not even asked to reply..come here..jump the bandwagon and let the crap roll on. Well..Jimmy knows everyone here..and deals with them appropriotly(i think thats how its spelled) but i feel..personally..someone makes a threat..personal threat..they need banned..for life. Bryan Slover..has done this repeatedly..and cant even tell you how many threads he's gott en trowed off here. Even called a girl..to come meet him one time..so he could kick her a@@ ..now..that immature. Everyone..and everyone has an opinion..and i respect an opinion..if its stated as such..and not filled with harrassments. I put my phone number on here..to have Draper call me..and bam..i got about 25 other yee haws..who thought it'd be funny..to call me like 3 am..and try to make me mad. Thank god for caller id..those will be dealt with. Had to change my number too. Like i told Todd..this forum..is used for discussion..and info..problems on the track are part of a discussion. Harrassment is not. I apologized to Draper and especailly Mart Copp..when i read his reply..i was hot..because of all this..and you kind of fail to comprehend things then. But..also..like i said..if they were on the other side of the fence..they would have been mad too. No excuse though and i take full blame for loosing it.

i have just sent jdearing a private message about this thread. mike you are posting things that are not true. i have not got kicked off threads, i have asked jimmy to delete them because they get out of hand with all this bs. i have never called a girl to meet me and kick her a**. if you think you know so much, who was this girl i was suppose to have called. you talk about harassment well you are pushing the issue now of slander. its all in black and white you are putting on here and its lies. seems little funny 99% of the drivers get along but you, you are the one who comes in here and stirs things up. ask anyone who really knows me, ive done alot of changing and have a much better outlook this year. i will admit ive have some problems in past years but this year is differnt for me.......im back at godfrey and tcs this year and things are going good at both tracks for me. been having a good racing season and im not going to let anyone ruin it for me.

I even told you..earlier you were doing good..in the points..remember? And still..got crap. You finished way behind the 89 car..yet..we held you up. Care to splain...buttwheat? Ive done nothing to stir crap..voiced my opinion..and aint harrassed..all within the rules. Not asked to meet people..kick their a@@e@ and try to run them off. Just drop this issue..cause you making yourself look real bad..ok
 
i have been to several different racetracks this year, and to me it seems like the more money involved or the more competition there is the more fighting there is! But i have also saw that there is alot more out of control driving this year, as compared to years past! Alot of ppl are just driving stupid! There was alot of it at the coc race at brownstown! There were alot of upset drivers! In the case of melvin and voight< if one of them had to leave they should have both had to leave! Brownstown wasnt mt. melvin so i thought they might be fair but i guess he got the mt. melvin treatment again! Melvin is a great driver i will give him that but he drives stupidly alot of times! and doesnt get much respect but he doesnt deserve it! but there are alot of others who r the same way!
 
I know I saw some hate & discontent during that fight in front of the grandstands during the LM feature tonight at TCS. :(
 
hey millsey want to know what breeds hate and discontent with me? it's when a track like Fredericktown changes the rules six weeks into the season to accomodate people who have never supported the track in the past..and putting the screws to the ones who have supported it all along....could this be the ghost of denny keith coming back to haunt us?
 
Yea..i thought that deal with Frederickstown was bit weird..and if a guy..had his car..built for the quote..rules..then they changed them..thats not right. But..i can see their point too..to attract more cars. But..manaegments decisions are final..and got to respect them and obey by the rules set forth.
 
And yes someone did try to break my jaw saturday night..problem was..he needed his buddies to try to get the job done. It was funny..because..he came over..ran his mouth for 5 minutes..i let him have the first punch..but..when he got knocked down..all his buddies came over. Thanks to Everett Stouffer..that ended there. Fighting is bull..especially in front of fans..family..and friends. And for that..that individual is banned..for life from Tri City Speedway. I sat..in turn 1..all by myself..not looking for anything..watching the races. And..this started. Well..I paid a visit to Granite City Police..after i left..this individual..could have went to jail. I did not press charges..which would have been battery and assault..1000 dollar bond..possible 1000dollar fine..3-6 months in jail(possible probation). Take that as a lessson..and move on. Dont think so..call them. A report has been made..too many people saw what happend..and all i did..was defend myself. It was total bull..and im sorry for the fans to have had to witness that. Pretty sad..really..sad.
 
And..rumor had it..i would have wnet to jail also..for participating. Once again..Granite City Police made the decision..i wouldnt have..at all. Defending yourself..when one shows agression to you in a harmful way..is not punishable. Mark Beckley is the officer i talked too. I didnt put this here..to stir anything..just give the information..so anyone who wondered what happpened..knows. So...the soreis dont get flying..and the lies start happening. Some people..for some reason..have an issue with me..which is fine. If im such a bad..guy..why did i not press the charges..because..i realize people..everyone makes mistakes..and need to learn from them. Hopefuully..he will.

I guess thats why there was 3 people holding him back so he could not get the job done! what i seen you made the first move..but you only speak and type the truth.......and if you did press the charges he could have pressed charges too. i thank security at TCS would of told you the same thing.
 
Lol..Lowdown..i didnt do anything..first. Please..this is how it gets started. Ok. Ask the officials..security...lots of witnesses. And..call the Granite City Police..before you look bad. I could have pressed charges..ok..and not gone to jail..because..i didnt start it.Plain and simple. Call..before saying..please. I will voice what opinion i have.,.doesnt matter. Noone can take that freedom away..and not a lie 1. 3 people..held him back?? Well..more like 8 guys were held back by Everett..lol. And..ask that man.,.himself. He is there..every week and will back me up 100 percent. If someone wants to fight..dont do it..in front of fans..family..and especially..possible sponsers there. it is bad. If i made the first move..lol..why did he come to where i was sitting..which..i was all alone..get in my face..for 5 minutes..cussing..swearing..spitting..please. He wanted his butt kicked so i could get thrown out. What happened?? He is banned..and im ok. Ask Tim..Bill..Bob Wente. Once again..call Granite Cirt Police..they will verify that deal too. This is why..things get stirred..because..you dont even know what the heck you are saying. give me your number..ill even have them call you if you wish. They thought it was total bull too.
 
Just talked to Mark again.and told him he may(probably not..lol)..get a call. Once again..told me..no1..i got lotta witnesses. no2..security backed me up..100 percent..no3..he started the fight..with the yelling..screaming..spitting(yes..spitting..lol)..then pushed me..hit me as i got up. All i did..was defend myself..and that was ok. Need glasses..or what. And..give me a name..lol..you dont ever tell anyone who u r..are you Bryan..lol. Causee..that crap has been done here too. I would be careful..what you say..and how it is said..because..i was a nice guy..this time. Next time..i will do what i need to do...because this stuff is total crap. People have opinions..and have the right to say them. If you..or anyone doesnt like what it said..hit the power button..and walk away. it does shut off..ya know? I can back anything said or done on here..he even admitted the deal about asking for thee girls number..to my face..Saturday. Said it was some Price girl..so..i dont lie. Dont do it..wont be repeated in my opinion.
 
I have a question here--why did the track play the song "Everybody was Kung Fu Fighting" over the PA system after the fight? Why GLORIFY fighting in--or in front of-- the stands? :confused:

Why Were You In The Stands Flipping Bryan Off? I Was There And Seen The Whole Thing. Also Bryan Was Not By His Self Sitting Down There. He Was With His Friends And To Kick Him Out And Not You Was Uncalled For. You Should Have Been Kicked Out A Long Time Before Now. Like Last Weekend When You Took Bryan Out It Was Uncalled For. Grow Up And Act Your Age. Bryan Has Come A Long Way This Year And You Have To Stir Crap Up Again.
