If your set on using the ram in the logo , I would check before you do anything ,

What the problem is, your "Ram Head" is of "LIKENESS" to the Rams Football Head , all you did was change the colors of it , But the key word is "Likeness"

I did not make that one to replace any of the others. I was just trying to get the idea that a truck/car would look better to me. I'm sure Gary would be able to do a better job than me. I was just offering the visual aid....

As far as the Ram's head goes, no Nick it's not the same head. Gary works for the NFL and used an "adjusted" one so that would not be a problem. Yes they are similar...

Well Millsey I liked the RAM ideal but it seems we are on a sinking boat with no life perservers (the titanic)... maybe Gary can slap a car on a few of them .... and see what the goat(rams) haters think:D

Why are we limiting ourselves to the colors red, and black? Why the same basic type, and style? Why not be original?
 
We are keeping it red and black because of expense. More colors, more money..

It's easy to see a lot of you don't have any experience in marketing. NO, that's not a cutdown.. Just My Opinion.

I understand it Millsey and RW probably does too...
ever color you add to a screen print,art,bumperstickers,businese cards cost you extra the only one it doesn't is in embrodery... so I see why we keep it to a 3 color minium... :D ;) Millsey you finr=d that live saver for us yet???
 
Yep, every time we add a color, the price quote just keeps getting higher and higher. Also, resolution and DPI ads to your woes. The cleaner, the better, and clean is hard to get perfect.

C.J. & I raised goats back in the 70's and I hauled them to market.
If that ain't marketing experience in goats, i'll (or my goat) will eat your hat.

also, if you can't market your goat to the Rams members, where will you market it, at the Edward Jones Dome.:D :D :D

When we designed the original it was a "quickie" to get us started. Smurf will like this one and some of the others because they lend themselves for embroidery for hats and other stuff. Plus there are a few other versions that would be great....

Its not really about the marketing part ..Its only that you ask for an opinion and got a few.

I dont hate the ram ..I just think the ministock should stand out before the goat oops Ram.. Seriously I think you should get gary to make one like the first one you showed and put a pinto or a truck there and put a small rams head on the door. Think about it when people see that the rams are going to be at some place they know its the ministocks ..They could care less about a Ram ..They want to see the rams ministocks..

Just dont make the ram stand out so big ..its just the name ...Ministocks are the game..

We all know it cost more to have more . I use to be in the marketing of jackets , shirts ,hats, swim wear with viper boats on them and a big ole Viper snake.. Yes it cost more for extra colors and more emblems... But more sales.. Have you checked into a bigger company that does emblems ..The bigger the company ..less the cost.. Or a local company that does hats and shirts and jackets that will sponsor the Rams?? And a decal company that will sponsor?

Ok I said enough.. Just tell me if Im butting (RAM) in ...lmao

What I'm talking about here is my profession. I'm not just some one throwing wild ideas off everyone. I've been in the media business since 1977. When it comes to being cost-effective I know who to go to. Just stop and think about it... Take the St. Louis Rams for example.. If we did what you were talking about they wouldn't have a Ram's logo they would have an image of a football... Remember Rams the name, football's the game.

Maybe if you joined the RAMS you could come to the meeting and vote on some of this stuff with us.
