Rusty Griffaw will be back at I-55

No Offense To The Fredrock Boys But, The Road Works Both Ways Millsey!

People Always Seem To Want To Knock Guys Like Rodney Melvin And Rusty For Where They Choose To Race. Think About It Folks. If You're In It To Make Money And Support Your Racing With Your Winnings, These Guys Are Doing What It Takes. If Rusty Wins The Ump Championship, Add That To His Weekly Winnings, And Thats A Pretty Good Chunk Of Change! Same Goes For R. Melvin When He Won His Ump Championships. Every Racer Needs To Do What Best For Them. Its Their Choice Where They Race. Nobody Is Stopping Others From Doing The Same.

Rusty Can Win At I55. He's Done It In The Past And Can Do It Again. I'm Not Saying He Will, Just Saying It Is Possible!

Its always a toss-up on who is going to win at I55 in the Mods. Thats the toughest place to race on a Sat. Night. In ALL divisions anyone can win on a givin night. Its who runs the best that night.

It use to be a lock for Weber, Dixon and Belken to win the features at I-55. Not anymore. Now, you have Johns, Dixon, Voight, Taylor, Rat and Oller that can win on any given Saturday in the late models. Modifieds have Miner, Weber, Walsh, Scherek and Hoffman that can take the checkereds in the feature. And, lord, I can't even name all the drivers that can win in the sportsman any given Saturday.

Hey Millsey like dirtgirl just said i think Trackjeff would know. He lives a few minutes from Rusty and as far as i know is one of his main pit crew guys. And Worleypaint is best friends with Rusty, and finally Pitbob28 (the one that started the post) talks to Rusty pretty often. So given them 3 reliable sources i would have to say that he will be at I-55 not the Rock. Anyways good Luck to you Rusty hope you kick some a s s.

Dirtgirl, I can tell you Rusty is planning to run Pevely on Saturday. We have been doing alot of R&D for the past month and it has wore us thin we want to go to Pevely to see where we are at with the car at this point.
As far as the duoghting people as to where Rusty is in the National points.
When the year started he had no intention to run for national points but look where Rusty is, It's fun to be here but we know there are alot of races left and a lot of good cars right behind of him in the pionts.
I can tell you we have not won all the races we have been in, but we have been having fun ...

Good luck to all we will see ya Saturday.

Winning Is Fun, No Matter Where Its At! Most Of The People Doggin' Drivers For Not Winning At Certain Places, Haven't Won Anything Period Or Don't Even Race!

It will be interesting to see what this does to MCS' A-Mod race. Wonder if anybody different will be there? I haven't been to a dirt race in three weeks! I'm starting to lose my mind :D

Before we try to figure out who is going to be there we need one thing to definitely be there and that is the sunshine. If it doesn't come out tomorrow until the afternoon it is going to be wet, tacky, and a big cushion. How much rain did pevely get? Where i live we got 3 inches.

Arnold got 1.79", according to my weatherbug. I can guarantee that it rained harder in Fenton and Valley Park....but I have no clue as to Pevely, at the moment.

I Would Have To Bet The Reason Rusty Is Coming To I-55 Is That He Knows Highland Is Not Running And Harrison Is Supposed To Be Going To Montgomery!

The modifieds in Fredericktown might be allright, but the toughest places to run a modified in Missouri are (in order)

CMS Warrensburg, MO
I-55 Pevely, MO
Valley Speedway - Grain Valley, MO LA Raceway LaMonte, MO (tie I'd say)
State Fair Motor Speedway - Sedalia, MO
Joplin 66 (if Beckham and Drake are running there)
Callaway County Raceway - Fulton, MO
