Salem fair race (More info.)

I will give you that much.....you can most definitly run faster times in a stocker when you are really hooked up......i guess what buggs me the most is the principal of the whole situation. I honestly cannot weight for most stock classes to be animals so i can justify buying one:D cause they are faster:D and from what i hear a blast to drive. But until they are in the majority in this area why make the flatheads choose to buy one or not compete. That would for sure affect kart counts once this epidemic spreads to other local tracks like bedrock, junkyard, and semo. These kart counts are already low to begin with. IDK just hits that one nerve with me that makes me want to just scream.....but i think i have done enough of that on here for awhile.

As far as the #10 kart Zack Wheeler, He is a smooth and good driver, WITH a reputation of rough driving. That will follow him whereever he go's even if he changes his tactics. People just don't forget or forgive.
Yes he's hard to beat, but we all were getting closer. Now with the animal, its probably impossible. If you don't think so (Topdog) put your FLATHEAD on your kart and come prove us all wrong.

For the record! congrats Graden Lovelace for the win, even if he was on an animal! I watched the race and I can say he didn't have the fastest motor, so that tells me one thing! either the #10 has good engine builder:eek: or he was strokin! also I have got to say if I was his parents the kid would never sit in a kart again! he has no sportsmanship and is a terrible driver. He didn't even have a handling kart, he drifted up coming off both corners and constantly banged into the front karts. Also I might add good job on the blag flag Mr. Boin, even though I would of thrown it a few laps earlier. All I hear is how good this kid is and I don't see what everybody else sees cause I have no respect for a kid that throws a fit like hes two years old. His parents should be ashamed! sorry to post this but I am not the onlyone who seen this. So take note teach sportsmanship at home!

Congradulations to Kyle! the kart was definetly getting through the corners!

Congrats to #25, he did win the race, but #10 was giving him some competion, and that is more than I can say for some of the other drivers in the class. He is a good driver and he doesn't have to run an illegal motor to win. There was some bad calls by the flagman, and that is his job, but it should have been called on everyone. The track was very dusty and hard to see anything and with that many karts you would expect some bumping.

Let me first start by saying that I do not care all that much for the 10 kart.....I raced him last year and my brother is racing him this year. However, the particular incident that brought the black flag was a bad call in my eyes. He had the position on the 54 and the karts came into EACHOTHER. Both were at fault. However, after his nasty driving the rest of the day i.e. running up on other karts while under caution ect. he deserved it. Also, all the times he has pulled dirty moves on regular friday night racing. Again i think it was about time and I have to give it to racer rick for having the B***S to pull the flag, cause no one else does. But I can tell you that had that been me black flagged for that particular incident i would have been more than furious with racer rick. JMO:confused:

BTW.......what is lovelace riding for a chassis??????

cant stand it.

First off he did deserve to be black flagged. He flat out drove into turn 3 way to hard and didnt think about slowing down and sent horstman for a loop. And once again it would be different if this was and accident or a first time thing, but for some reason he just cant stand getting beat. There is a way to act when you win and a way to act when you lose and he knows neither. I'm not just saying this cause he wins races i'm saying this cause i cant stand to watch people act this way wherever it may be. He doesnt race anywhere but bellerive because there may be some competition somewhere else. He got kicked out of Strip Pit....hmmm...wonder why. There is just no need to act like that. I mean i totally understand being upset....been there done that....whether you deserve it or not anyone would be upset, but to throw a fit like that is just rediculous.....especially at that age!!!! It goes back to my post a while back about kids in racing...what are we teaching our kids these days....ANYTHING??? And i'm not blaming it on the kid if he has never been taught how to act then whatever.....but whoever says he's a good driver is absolutely nuts....he is a smooth driver, but doesnt know how to "race". He is either out front or has no clue what to do.....i'm not sure if i have ever seen him pass a kart cleanly. I dont mean to just pick on this kid, but it was the convo at hand and i'm tired of seeing kids all over act like this.....WHIP THEIR *****!!!! teach them some sportsmanship and some class.

Lucky the helmet didnt hit me cause it would have definately went into the pond!!

I agree with you brian about 90% lol. The kid needed the black flag for once. Also I think you brought up a good point about him being smooth but not knowing how to "race". Racer Rick has always said in the Belle Rive drivers meetings (when rough driving is brought up), If the guy has inside preference to give him room and try to deal with them coming out of the corner. I have absolutely no problem with hrostman at all and it was by far not all his fault, but i feel both contributed in THAT incident. As far as the rest of the days actions by that number 10 kart......you bet he had the black flag coming! And the temper tantrum was classic 10 kart not getting his way at Belle Rive. Also excelent point about him racing no where else. That racing team does not know how to loose. I'm really not blamming it on the kid either. I actually feel sorry for him cause he has next to no friends at the track because of the reputation that he has accumulated over the years. I would love to see him go to coulterville on a night that they have 12 or 13 of them lol:eek::D. He wouldn't know what to do then lol.

Tobin......is that an 07' that lovelace is on??????

Topdog.............

Once again you have opened you mouth, so here goes. I don't know who you are and really don't care. You have NO clue what racing is. If you did you would not be standing up for Zack. He is a poor sportsman, won't talk to anyone let alone congratulate someone. He runs to grandpa to get what he wants. If he can't pass you he will run over or push them out of tha way. He has always been fast enough to pass cleanly, but not him. Everytime that team don't get their way, they load up and leave. We have always raced him clean. When he ran up on my sons kart and my son retaliated by blocking, his DAD yelled "He's Blocking, if thats not blocking I don't know what is" I always taught my kid not to block and keep your line. I PULLED HIM OFF THE TRACK. The very next week his animal wasn't running good so HE BLOCKED to win, then came in and changed karts with a flathead. Someone bumps him on the start, he waves his arms in the air starts pointing. He bumps on every start, but says thats just racing. I've never complained about him or his family, because what goes around comes around. But after the race Friday, they will not get any respect what-so-ever. So TOPDOG shut your mouth until you know what your talking about. Oh by the way, My name is Scott Goodiel , Dad to the kart #0 in the JR class. Do you have the BALLS to let everyone know who you are??????????????
