My vote is for late Sundays. St Charles and Little Springfield were both favorites of mine.
 
start on time is a major factor and fans will come back when the track gets it together.. good luck in godfrey

let them race on sunday there isnt any thing to do on sunday nite to many tracks on the same nites NEED TO DO SOMETHING ON SUNDAY NITE lets go racing....
 
Since no one is offering us any facts, and the Charlie DePew rumor is now in the mix for Godfrey, I thought this might be something to be given consideration.
 
I THINK SUNDAY AT 6 WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA AND PULL THEIR HEADS TOGETHER AND CREATE ANOTHER TRIPLE TRACK DEAL AND AS FOR B-TOWN THEY DONT RUN LM'S ANYWAY IF THEY HAVE A SPECIAL SHOW THEN DEAL WITH IT WHEN THE TIME COMES RUN GODFREY ON FRI OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT
 
This is as honest as I can be:

I thought about running Godfrey a lot more often this year cause they have a good payout, but I am retarded and decided to buy a engine so I can be competitive to race at Brownstown mostly.

I would like to see Godfrey run Sunday nights at 6, not 2, cause I am retarded and like to race a lot and am going to need time to fix my tore up car from Highland on Saturday nights.

However, I am retarded and I would drive to Brownstown to race rather than Godfrey on a Sunday night.

Thats about it.

Why would you bring this up again, when you know the town of Godfrey won't go for an every Sunday night show. There are 2 churches within less than a mile. They have complained about the noise on more than one occassion interupting their Sunday evening services among other things. Do you think they will just stop the complaing for the sake of racing or stop their evening services? I highly doubt it. NIce try though. Why not TCS they had to give up their Friday nights because of the school next door. There is no school on Sundays there. I think TCS would be a better candidate for Sunday night shows than Godfrey. JMO MOMMA DREW

P.S. THen they could put Godfrey back to Saturday nights like the old days!
 
Wow, I had almost forgot about this thread. Interesting thoughts, although I don't see Godfrey running a weekly Sunday show either. I don't know if any track would give up their current night of operation, since all are fairly well established on their particular nights of operation. How about this for a crazy idea- find a track to move to Sunday and a track to start running Thursdays. 4 nights per week!!!

Now back to reality.
 
GODFREY NEEDS TO LEARN TO START ON TIME BEFORE THEY MAKE A SWITCH TO SUNDAYS. THE LAST SUNDAY SHOW I WENT TO THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO START AT 2PM, BUT DIDN'T START TILL 6PM. 4 HOURS JUST SITTING THERE WAS CRAZY!!!!

I WOULD RATHER SEE TCS RUN SUNDAYS.
 
Sunday, Sunday, We need sonething to do on sunday Yes somebody race on sun,eve if you are a REAL FAN you can make it to work on monday it beats setting at a bar sunday nite then going to work hung over.lol
