The Favoritism showed tonight at Pevely

Lets all just calm down and think rationally. First of all they had 3 inches of rain thats why the track was a little rough. Personally I thought it was in good shape for the amount of races run on it. Nobody on here can name a track that has perfect officials they all make mistakes. One thing I do agree with though they should have thrown Horten out for at least a week for using his car as a weapon like that.

I have questions. Why did on some starts of heat races did the flagman throw a green flag when they were 4 wide coming out of turn 4? But when they were 2 wide, like they are suppose to be, they got the yellow flag? What I noticed is when he let them start 3 or 4 wide some cars didn't even make it a lap because they wre so bunched up. Another thing, if none of the cars make it a complete lap on the start isn't it a automatic restart? 3 times that happened Saturday night and they started single file. Either things change as they go or was I thinking of the good old times? But anyway is was a wild and crazy night of racing as with the help of the full moon.

So Far On This Board, I've Read That.....godfrey Favors John Seets. Mt.vernon Favors Rodney Melvin. Charlie Depew(b-town-highland) Favors Harrison And Who Ever Drives For Maskel. Now Allied Favors Ricky Horton. What Happened To Eddie Dixon? Remember, Allied Used To Be "all-ed". Wow, Ricky Has A Big Feather In His Hat Now. He Shot One Of The Areas Biggest Names Out Of The Saddle.

Who Does Mcs Favor? Who Does Tcs Favor? We Can't Leave Them Out Of The Fun.

Sat night was very bizarre, I think the full moon hovering over the track was taking it's toll on everybody. The Bardin/Horton incident was particularly disturbing. 3 cars going thru 3/4 (Horton, Bardin, and ??) Bardin and ?? are running mid track and both push upthe track and Horton gets pinched into the wall on the high side. Horton somehow feels Bardin intentionally put him in the wall. So he spins his car around and slams into Bardin's LR. He should have been kicked out on the spot. That was total B.S. and very childish!

Another incident and I found amusing was Larry Hull and his tantrum in the pits after he got black flagged for the messed up tire. didn't quite understand why they sent him to the pits when other mods have ran with a bent tire like that.

And finally, The Brian Worley incident was probably just as bad as the Horton/Bardin incident. Can't comment alot on the contact between Wolfmeier and Worley, didn't see the initial contact. But Worley was hot after getting out, reaching back into the car and grabbing the steering wheel to throw was classic, also childish, but classic none-the-less.

What a suprise a thousand officials in the stands who think they can do better!

A blind man could've seen that Belken took out Prince. In fact, I've got it on video.

Moonflow I will agree Belken took out Prince but I would guess it was just a racing incident not int. Belkin was coming fast and couldnt check up but that is no excuse for that ofdficial not sending him to the rear and giving Prince his spot back. Bob Prince was fast and probably woulld have won that heat- but now we wil;l never know,

Slideways,
Larry's Whole Left Front Was Broke. Shock, Ball Joint And Probably The A-frame. It Was Best For Him They Made Him Pull In. He Wouldn't Have Been Able To Do Much With It Like That, Other Than Tear Up More Stuff.

I agree no way Belken took out Prince on purpose. My question is why wouldn't the officials listen to Paul? You know the cool thing about there issue compared to the Horton/Bardin thing? Cooler heads prevailed between the drivers. I heard Prince and Belken talked after the feature and they were laughing and shook hands and went on about business. Its cool to hear the drivers policed themselves since the officials dropped the ball. Espicially after seeing what happened earlier. I would like to the picture moon if you can do it.

What PITDRIFTER stated is just what Dennis told everybody in the drivers meeting, If you have a flat left front you can keep running but if you have broken parts where one wheel will not steer or parts hanging then you will be black flagged.

Ah...makes more sense now. I didn't realize he actually had parts hanging, it just looked bent from where I was.

I don't disagree with the call, I think it was appropriate. Obviously Larry didn't.

I hate to tell you people this but that is racing. You can ask any driver down there sooner or later you will be the guilty one in someones eyes and you will be the victim. I do believe everyone is guilty of this, some more than others but hey let the drivers sort this out it is not the fans to decide whether it was wrong or not it is the officials and the drivers problem. If the driver did not go over and take care of the problem, and he is the one with the money invested, than why the h e l l should anyone else cry about it.

Moon loved the reference name BelkenPuntsPrince. And wacky I dont think the complaint is that Belken accidently punted Prince. Its that the officials got told by Belken and still they did nothing.

On purpose or not, it's obvious that Belken spun Prince. My issue is that he wasn't sent to the back of the pack.

No, I'm saying that Belken should've went to the back, and Prince should've kept his spot. Prince would not have spun if Belken hadn't gotten into the back of him. Belken caused the caution.
