SLICK1.. seriously u are a clown. The only person you were talking to is me. Telling me to tell bob all the stuff that you didnt' have the guts to tell him yourself.He didn't run anywhere he got out of the car and was talking to an official by the tech area.Then you started mouthing at a girl.. Guess thats what makes you feel tough. NEXT TIME YOU TELL BOB. Dont say anything else happend because i was standing next to you the whole time thinking you are an dumb a**. Maybe you should spend less money going to the races and go to the dentist or maybe go get a hair cut.. ONE WORD... HOOSIER...

You are unreal dude, First I like my hair, my teeth are fine and I will not go to name calling. As far as Bob being in Tech when this all happen why didn't he have something to say if I was wrong! Me calling her the C word was wrong, but I was mad because she called Carla the B word. When Carla did nothing. Bob ran from tech, that is why I was telling U to tell him. As far as Bob being there talking to an official U are saying that A I was not very loud if they did not hear me B) Anything they did hear was not wrong or they would have said something.HAVE A NICE DAY THE HOOSER

Sorry about my pit crew, that was wrong for him to call her the "C" word but it also was wrong for your neice to call my wife a b***h, and tell her to "buy a pit pass" to start a fight. For nothing other than asking Bob about the problem. That's why I tell them all to let me handle it. I appologize to your neice and expect the same. There is no sonse in fighting and arguing. "Me and Bob can handle it!" I did get into him twice but that was my fault not on purpose. I did not beat the nose off my car, the bumper has no dents or bends in it. Bob's bumper caught it when he come down on me on the back straightaway. He may not have known I was there, and yes thats racing. And yes we will get over it. He's been racing as long as I have and I'm sure he will get over it too. Yes it was unprofessional to throw a fit, but I did just follow him through the infield not trying to hit him. I thought we were going to the officials which I did. For the front striaghtaway incident where I tried to pass him on the high side for the second time. Where there were no results. I disn't see any track workers that I was supposed to came close to. Maybe it was bad lighting or because I was behind another car. If I did I apologize. Sorry about the hard feelings, it can be over and done with. The only reason I raced there was for Tim Herbst. But as everyone should know that was a bunch of bull to get cars there. He has no authority nor is he running anything, and no its not his fault, I think he was lied to also. We was told there was going to be alot of changes and the place wasn't going to be ran the same. But we had same officials, same flagmen, same attitudes. They got one of the best tracks around. They just need to get rid of favoritetism and the wrong attitudes. And Tim if Greenville runs who will be there? We don't want enemies we just want to race hard and have lots of fans. So hope there's not too many hard feelings, and things get better there. That's all I have to say. See ya when we can.

Oh yeah draper dont ask how dad did saturday night...lol.Its not pretty and i wasnt even there but I did see the car yesterday..not good!
 
Like i said in a previous post i am a bob williams fan but i also like to see #1 car run. I have only seen a fast car and a good driver untill sat. Who knows what happen. The crew men i think are the ones that made the situauation worse than it really was. Along with everyone yelling at the fence. (you know who that was). I think the drivers will figure it out and hopefully we will see some good SIDE BY SIDE RACING next time.

I can accept that....i like watching you run...like watching bob run...The man held his line...its part of racing.Nuff said on my part!
 
Management At Tcs Better Get Off Their @$$e$ And Do Something. I Believe They Have The Best Average Car Count For Their Weekly Show So Far. But, That Could Change. 5-7 Cars Finishing Features Is Rediculous. They Finally Got Things Going On Over There And Other Tracks Probably Noticed To See How It Works. But, With This Crap Starting Again, The Others Will Have The Last Laugh!!! The Doubters Have Said All Along, "its Tri-city, Wait And See", Well They Are Seeing. J/m/o
 
What should managment do, drive the cars for everyone?
There seems to be more cautions than in years past but what can the officials do about it? I dont know why the races have been going the way they have. I dont see everything on the track but i havent seen anyone blatantly try to take someone out. Drivers make mistakes, I know I've made a few this year that have caused some cars to get tore up but its early still and everyone will settle down and things will be fine I think.

It looks like there is a lot of complaining going on about the track and the driving but if you read back through the posts you will find thats it is mainly a whole lot of complaining from a very few cars (fans and crew).

I went off on the hook last week and you dont see me complaining!
Just chill everybody, it will all work itself out.

I guess it is time to admit that Bob Wente got us all again. The year was started out with a lot of hope for change and a chance for some guys with some good ideas and level heads to take a try at orginizing the track this year. I was one of the ones saying give things a chance. I really don't see much of a change going on and even I have started to realize that yes Tim was probably lied to. He really has some great ideas and dreams but I guess that control is pretty hard for Bobby to give up. Yet I also like what Terry Chester has to say. Like Terry or not he has a good head on his shoulders and I hope he is right that things will settle down. All the fighting in the pits? Same s*** different night. Although I have to say that I don't like the c word used to describe any female I especially know my friend Jodie is not one. Oh yeah and Carla isn't a b**** either just don't know her as well as I do Jodie. For those who don't know this is Valere who used to work at Tri-city so I'm not hiding behind a screen name any more.

Answer:

Park 'em! duh! :rolleyes: If there is only one lesson we can learn from the communists, it's that if you execute one person and leave their body hanging in the town square, the rest of the peasants will usually fall in line. Some drivers are out of control, and they KNOW it. But they could care less because nobody calls them on the carpet for it.

In 10 years of intermittent track attendance, I have yet seen a night of racing where somebody didn't deserve to be parked at some point. But almost all tracks refuse to use the black flag at all. When they finally do use it, it is such a rare occurance that drivers will stop on the front straight and complain about the other 150 time that the flagman SHOULD have used it that night.

The reason there are pinball drivers bouncing off everyone (and the ensuing fights, and carnage) are because the management/sanctioning body LETS them. They are too worried about car counts than anything else.

If the rules are applied consistantly, and rough drivers are black flagged consistantly and drivers that make a big show of being an ***-hole are told to go home and not come back for a few weeks consistantly, then the car counts will take care of themselves as racers tired of the BS at other tracks start coming out, knowing that if nothing else, they will not get their stuff tore up by a non-driving wobble head.

Can I get an AMEN?
