Now there is a new Republican in training, people should just forgo their discretionary spending and just pass those discretionary dollars directly to the rightfull owners of wealth.
All you silly people arguing in support have done is cause the price of admission for all future events to go up.

Missed the point
Only turn left came close. Here is the exact words form us and the people in the pit shack on 7/03/09.
Pit shack "That will be 30.00"
fan "why?"
Pit shack "2 make up features from Fed-X night."
Fan "We already paid for them on Fed-X night."
Pit shack " Thats what Tammy told us, take it up with her."
The conversation happened exactly like this to people in front of us in line, us , and people behind us. Many well funded race teams had this exact conversation. They are not worried about $5 dollars. It wasn't the $5 dollars, it was the principle. We already paid the extra on 05/24/09.
I was also sticking up for the fans in the grandstand paying an extra $2 dollars.
I think the excuse of extra money for the mods and crates surfaced after all the complaints. You raise the price for S/N and specials. Not regular night of racing. It was not extra laps with professional racers coming.
I wasn't complaning of the price of food or drinks at the concession stands. It's a known fact that you will sell more product and make more money if you keep your conession stand open till 1:00AM instead of closing at 11:00PM because your races are now over and the fans have gone home. This is the point of the $$$. Keep the people at your track late, spend more money.
At the July 10th race a well known racer (I'm not giving anymore information of who he is) Said "I can't belive it's 12:50(AM) and we're still here with two features to go". He was staying to watch the crate race but he is well aware of what time races should end.
To keep from being only a problem presenter and not solver here is a suggestion. When one race ends and the competors are pulling off the back straightaway, immedatly have the next race pulling on the track insteaed of waiting in the staging lane for the track to empty. This could help some. Lets see.
The noviety of the new Tri-City has worn off. Look at the stands. Fans don't want to be there till Saturday A.M. The racers have left as soon as they recieve their payment. The kids are asleep.

It's sounds like Tri-City isn't the place for you. With all those complaints
why would you want to go back.
I wouldn't want to go to a track that really cares about their
Drivers, Fans and Track conditions. That must be the worst place to be on
a Friday night.
Let alone there regular Friday Night is $10 General Admission, oh yea
A Senior Discount of $8 and kids 12 & under FREE.
Oh don't forget the Kids Discount Pit Pass for $10 (12 & Under)
Oh, money saving nights (Good thing there's not any)
$1 Hot Dog
