What does UMP do for you?

New members lol always start with negative shit
Just stating facts, and I'm not going to disagree with you on the bigger teams running for points but with those bigger teams they don't support the same track week after week They have to chase the bigger races with more cars so They can get more points... So yeah I would not count on that 9%

Exactly my point those teams will race and chase points ... so the local guys suffer on a weekly basis so that they can have ump tracks to race at and chase the points .... Tracks need to focus on the local weekly racer and forget the Big Budget Race teams... they can travel if that's what they want

I completely agree!!!!!

Give me an example of the locals we should be trying to build our race programs around that aren't in the 9% please I want to read this list of guys we should listening to

Define big budget teams how much money they have to race how many motors do they have how many cars do they have how many other local racers do they sponsor how much money do they sponsor to the tracks to help keep them open you know these unimportant people that shouldn't have a say in anything

My point is that we should make it more affordable for the weekly racer and not cater to the High Priced teams.... and not make local racer buy memberships if they don't care about the points...

Well when you have Teams rolling in with 2 and 3 cars in a Double Decker and Toterhome that is more than most peoples homes... and Motors that cost 1/2 of some peoples homes... I would say that's Big Budget Race Teams.

Have had a modified for several Years and last year we ran B-Mod.... and this Year I'm going to have a B- Mod and a Modified

Last year we Raced B-Mod and this Year we are going to have a B-Mod and A-Mod and I have decent Cars and no Stackers/ etc ... and I do have a horse in this race.... is why I am making my opinions heard

So if you didn't have to buy a 125$ membership which would cover both classes that you plan on racing your program would improve ? Is it cheaper to own two trucks two trailers two fuel bills none of that realy matters the tracks aren't going to change anything because dirt car has them by the balls if you drop the sanction you lose your summer nationals date or your world of outlaws dates these big races that make them money if it makes you guys feel better though go ahead and preach on but I would bet money there will be no changes anytime soon

Why would they loose there summer nationals event? Check the hell tour schedule, there is several tracks that have the event who don't even run ump sanctioned events on a weekly basis.... So not having there weekly sanctioned events should not effect them having a summer nationals event.... Or should it?
You might be surprised if you would investigate a little on how these events are given out....take a hard look at the schedule....

there is always LUCAS OIL LATE MODEL EVENTS...... IMCA SPECIALS, USRA EVENTS, And if they pay the $$ they will get the cars if its fair rules and Ran good .... No track needs any Sanction Body to draw cars

You aren't rolling on to the racetrack for an IMCA or USRA event without having their license (membership). For USMTS, you will pay a higher entry fee if you don't have their license.
