Thanks for the compliment racer94, we are trying really hard to sell the sponsors and our old stuff so we can step up our engine program and hauler situation. 18* stuff is really the ticket, it takes a lot less cubes to make enough power and torque to get it done, and shorter storkes always have a smoother flatter torque curve. Racer94 sure seems to know his stuff, and the rest of you sure don't seem to be dumb either.
CC-28 yes it was a 434, with 23* proaction al heads from Rons, and it was pretty good with a cushion, or an a track with some moisture left in it. The big stroke killed me when the track would get slick. If anyone is interested in the parts that are still good from that 434 they are for sale, the heads are OK,with intake and spacer, the little M block is .040 ever 400 now, 6 6" oliver billets, 6 JE domed pistons with 1" CH. Comp cam, lifters, rev kit, ect. Will sell any or all, will trade any of it in on 18* stuff.
