And I believe that John is 100% correct there are two types of racers, cheaters and non-cheaters. After the protest we will see where everyone stands.
Well thats not the direction I was going, but that makes three different competetors. Notice I'm using the word competetors loosely :) #1 The guy that leaves his truck on the trailer all week then shows up and runs mid pack. #2 The guy that actually works on his truck during the week shows up and is fast. #3 The guy that cheats because he is sure guy #2 is cheating (he must be cheating, he's fast) Bob if they want to donate to the cause, smile and buy some more pizza in June :D

Come on Jeff

I've had two phone calls about a guy who has his engine ported and polished and they were wanting to know the exact procedure on how to do things and when to do them.
Come on Jeff, spill the beans... who is cheating  :D

How about all these Chevy guys going around cheating???

It is supposed to be Ford on Ford and Chevy on Chevy. But we got all these guys running around with Ford Blue paint on their vehicles. I want to protest. LOL!!!!! :D Start with Bill first! Just watch out for his younger uncle with the tire tool. ;)

Now why would anybody want to tear me down...
All I did was buy a championship car and put a
"REAL" Racecar driver in it...Plus, I get a lot of
help from a "REAL" racecar mechanic/owner....
The lesson in this is, "you can by a championship
car, but if you can't drive, you can't win"

Well

Also He Is Using Bailing Wire On The Carb.how Many
Trucks Come Stock With Bailing Wire..................?
Thats a clear violation of mini stock protocall, everyone knows that the WHEELMAN set the standard of using zip ties on carburetors. :) And all this talk of soup and pizza is making me hungry.

Brian, I'm glad you have a sense of humor....
I think when you buy a chevy new, they
give you a bottle of touch up paint and
a roll of bailing wire... :D :D

yes chevy's do but they add two other items.... duck tape and vasoline

Bob you bought a championship car put a good driver in it... it should be in the top 3 every night like last year

Cobra, your statement about a vehicle setting on the trailer all week and running midpack is not always true. I know of a certain mini stock that set in the corner of the pit area during the week and lost 3 features that year (2000 season). LOL Oh what a wonderful year and just wish it could be done again. The setup of a car is 75 % of winning in the mini stock class. A driver has to learn to be smooth for he doesn't have the extra horsepower to make up for mistakes. GOOD LUCK everyone............ Kenny

Duct Tape and Zip Ties

Hmmmmm, gonna have to redoe part of the car, zip ties on the carb, duct tape on the seat, duct tape on the oil filter, zip ties holin on oil filter, boy i'm screwd, but everyone wanna know why Ford has an oval around their logo?????

THEY CIRCLE ALL THE PROBLEMS :D hehehehehe, c'ya at doe run friday night with a roll of electrical tape instead of duct tape, oughta be legal then

My Thoughts

(Even though it doesn't matter) I personally think that everyone can't handle someone beating Dave. So what? Someone is FINALLY here to give him some competition. It makes it more interesting for everyone. So, IMHO, protests are pointless, because the RAMS are an awesome group of people and I can't BELIEVE you people (or a person) is accusing someone of cheating!!! I know people probably don't like this post, but I had to give my input, I can't keep my mouth shut! lol:p

I was not around in 2000 so I would have to take your word for the level of competition in the ministocks. Setup being 75% of winning? You been around the game a lot longer than me but no way do I buy that one. Gary's truck was a prime example of that, I can remember in 03 four different drivers in the 17 and two of them were able to win. You know em both pretty good don't you ;) what did they have in common? were they just along for the ride? I say it was experiance. If it was that easy I would have kept the Mustang and put my daughter who has no racing experiance in to drive... or maybe even the "SMURF" :D

Man I looked for that picture I had of that set up but can't find it. Maybe Mark has a copy of it. If there's a way I'll figure out a way to do it with zipties..hehe

Mark if you got that post it please. hehe

And I have that Ford Blue paint to help keep you ford guys from crying so bad when I pass you...Eases the pain of a chevy beating you.
