That story came from another sight,the guy who talked to Wimmer went out on the road with him to get the feel on working on the car.I just copied what Wimmer and he said,I think they blew the motor in that car up at Lernerville last night,so who knows.
 
First of all , and this is my opinion, but no one should drive the 97 car, I feel if you are suspended so should the car. Second of all I heard that Worley is the one who threw the punch, but if Bryan is the one who punched him then it is about time somebody punched him. He is getting out of control!!!!
 
the car didn't do anything therefore it should be able to be ran by whomever the owner wants to put in it until worley can drive it again. however this is very fortunet timing for Joey. Considering how someone is giving him a good run for the points this year, now that person isn't able to race for two weeks.
 
As far as the fire being closer to Tommy...I believe it was built on the concrete pad that the sprints can change tires on during races. I could be wrong...but I believe that's where it was. And you are correct...burning tires is against the law. Shame on them.
 
Brandon Wimmer will be in the 97 car. He will be at Tommy's garage Saturday so if your bored stop in. This was put together through maxim chasis and Alan Barton. Tommy's wants his car on the front straight away again. Jason Johnson called and said he would drive if we need him to.

I'd buy that!! Our locals dont get beat up very often when the big guns roll in! I say they can hold their own! Timmy might school him!

The only smoke was 97 tires has he took the checker flag. He was awsome If you didnt get to see the race You missed a great one. He will be back next weekend. :)
 
Yah guess so since he started on the front row and there wasn't a whole lot of passing going on! It's amazing how Tommy didn't even race last night and they still had problems with him! I was walking around when from out in the parking lot Tommy comes running in all the way up to the flag stand and had to have security chased after him! I thought if you were suspended you weren't even supposed to be there!?! Or is that another person who the rules don't apply to?
 
No, suspended means you can't race you can go in the stands but not in the pits. Tommy was standing by the flag stand and no the security did not escort him out he left on his own. The security didn't even know what Tommy looked like they thought he was on the front straight away. Anyway the 97 camp took the money again that was the hole point. Yes Brandon will be in the 97 car next weekend. Way to go Wimmer!!!!
 
No. Tommy RAN in and an official went running to the two security people at the front gates and then they took off after him. They didn't do anything but ask him to leave. And they were standing around him as he was talking to his "fans" and then he left, he walked out right beside me.

First off, if this is true, I totally don't blame Tommy for what he did. Just because Bryan don't like Tommy is no reason for him to take it out on a child. He needs to realize that children don't CHOOSE their parents. Secondly, how would, or what would have Bryan done if the roles would have been reversed (Tommy trying to throw his child into a fire)? And we all know that whoever is in the limelight is always hated. Last year it was Joey. This year it is someone else (and if you would notice, it doesn't happen only in the sprint class...it's all classes). It appeared to me that the field didn't look any different last night (without Tommy) than it ever does. That's just how the sport goes. You have to pass to win...some are just more daring than others at it. It's just a shame that everyone can't stop the bickering and just enjoy the sport for what it is.
