The Number 1 Has Been Really Fast This Year For Sure, But After Saturday Night I Think The 18 May Have Something For Him, Can,t Wait To See The Good Races They May Have.

If the SFCR local guys want to go run Pevely (or other tracks) they have to spend a few hundred dollars in tires as well......and they also run the risk of not making the feature. Rules are part of racing. BETTER RACING???? We have seen some of the BEST racing so far at SFCR and we're just a few weeks into the season. Last week the pure streets ran a heat race where 5 cars could have possibly won the thing. The sprint cars are putting on good races and I think we have some of the best modified racing around. Hats off to all of our drivers for making the races exciting every week.....even with a tire rule. LOL!!!

Compare the tire budget for a front runner at Pevely compared to Farmington. I'd say that it's alot higher at I-55 with the softer emod compared to the "hockey pucks" , as some like to call them, IMCA tires at Farmington. I know of a driver a couple of years ago that used the same 4 tires for probably two-thirds of the season. Alot of cars at Pevely have new tires at least on the rear every week. I think that the tire rule allows guys to spend more of their money on other areas of the car to make it faster. But this is just my opinion.

lets see, name one how about the 18, 18x, 14, 26, 4w, and 53 there just a few that i think could win. We already seen the 4w run with mike one time this year and the 18 ran with him this last week. but you ask me to name one there is a few.

hey you foot the fuel bill entry fee......all other expenses mikey will go anywhere you want him to go. just my thoughts the car is great this year everything so far is falling into place. cant wait to come back home this weekend so i can be apart of it again!!! see you all saturday!!!
