Actually it does. Your able to get weight where you need for best roll center and percentages.

But ur car might end up way heavy and not at minimum. Thats the complaint from guys with stock steel bodies.

And by the way if the stock body cars seem to have an advantage. We will change those rules. So dont let it discourage anyone from coming out.

We can address some of those issues as we get closer to startup. I'm sure there are other things to address also. Items like those wont make much diff at mmp. We did rush the rules and some info from people not so honest. But we can always delete certain items. Make a list and pm me if you could. And we will address those items you or others notice that might cause conflicts. Thanks

as a b-mod driver and owner i must say ya all kept the rules simple...as far as the stub cars in the street stock/sportsman will they be allowed to run leafs with no extra traction devices...also are they only allowed A s...AND if ya know any one that wants a cheap stub sportsman i have 3 for sale cheap..i also have ponders bellville stock metric frame car,,race ready BUT it aint cheap...ya,ya,ya i had to get a plug in...once again what i have seen so far looks really good..sure hope it works out for ya all...lenny g.

Most pevely cars are three links! This class is for factory four links or leaf! Mono balls are an issue and you are both correct, the body material doesn't matter. However factory firewall and floor pans, in my opinion is a stupid rule! X bars and fabricated firewall and steel fab floor is much safer!
The weight rule should be more for engine not body material.

Thanks lenny.
Wish we could have made the stocks as simple as the bmods. If we hear anyone looking we will send them your way. as far as rules read whats posted and if things dont make it clear message me and we will make a determination later.

my opinion would be to alternate the 4th class. if i had a sportsman, i wouldnt add a bunch of weight unless it was a big show. if i had an actual bomber i wouldnt race sportsman unless well i dont know. maybe run sportsman a few times when pevely isnt racing, run hornets a few times, bombers a few nights, etc. just a thought.

It was on a thread on Trace Westling's page! Nobody has denied it on there or here, he explained the reasoning to the low payout on there so look it up. Not starting rumors! This is Ryan Middaugh and I approve this message.

I'm glad that not only is the track opening back up, but they are also going to run the B's. Originally they were not going to run them. Enough people got together and showed up to the meeting to change Jim's mind. None of the b mod guys said they would only race if the purse was a certain amount. We just want a place to race. I believe that if we, as a class, support and promote the track the pay will get better. I feel lucky to have the track coming back.
