bomber feature at godfrey

hey danny

makes our issues at hi-land seem almost trivial, not really but some times it seems that way

I could take being called a cheater if I got caught with the wrong heads. But not 1\8 inch on a wheel.Hey Fireball how do you check the offset on a wheel? Do you measure from the outside of the rim to the center , or the lip on the inside to the center?

lmao

Thats why i don't go there anymore. They said I have illegal pedals. How in the hell do you have illegal pedals. My pedals are exactly like half them godfrey bombers already because i checked some of them that came to highland

lmao@stompin the **** out of people you dont race at!

2 races coming up in sept and oct and if you have the balls to show at tcs and godfrey.........come on down and see who is the fastest legal bombers around!

Otherwise....ur dis-missed!

beat us...we will shake ur hand.....but i highly dought it will happen!

wheels

Hey Danny.I have always been told that you measure from the back edge of the wheel to the inside flange where it bolts to the axle.Highland doesnt do it that way i dont believe. All of the wheel books i have seen show it this way.Set the whhel on the ground without a tire and place a tape measure through the center and measure from the ground to the spot it bolts to the axle.PS what are the rules for tricities show2 extereme racing and where can i find them. Thanks alot.

All the bart wheels I have measure 4" from the outside of the rim to the inside. I had a 1\2 " spacer welded to the rear rim. It measured to 3 1\2. The rule is 3 1\2 to 4 inch. Burnell measured from the lip inside the rim . That makes it out 1\8 of an inch. They should check them the way they sell them!

to extreme

i will see you in sept. cuz im gettin ready for that 3,000 dollar check. And de3 i don't have a hard time makin the feature. U must have the wrong car. I only have a hard time starting up front cuz i ain't lucky like that.

oct

Rail....they use the basic rules for the reg season, but they open up as far as wheel size...tires.we can go to hoosiers.....swap manifolds for headers.....holly 500's.......only thing that pretty much keeps the classes seperate at the octoberfest is chassis.......no weight jacks on the bombers.....standard suspention...things along that line!

As for Schmitt....first off it wont be a 3000 check, because we are not going to get 100 legal bombers there!Second....for someone that has never ran that track....you have a rude awakining coming!

That track isa totally different setup then what ur use too......and you will have local cars from there and tcs cars that have ran up there to contend with!Thats about as stupid as saying were going to b-town for the first time ever and taking everything.....realistic people that race know that chances are slim, unless you prerace the track!

Why stop in sept....bring it to tcs for the octoberfest.....shoot....we have 2 cars just waiting for some outside compitition...actually 3 if you want to count jim also!

Its called getting butt time....and most will know what i mean by this comment!

hey xtreme

my car has been at godfrey twice this year and finished top five both times and i can't go to tcs because i don't have a stock steering column. And i don't feel like paying that nascar fee either. But N E ways good luck in all the racing your in. I will be looking forward for next season. This season has been up down for me. One week i do good and the next will be bad. Hope to race ya clean at godfrey soon.

ditto

Good luck also....but bring it in october....its open comp....no 90 dolla fee.....and steeering column wont matter!
