Brownstown thoughts!

Bit*h, whine and complain. It's a place to race when most everyone else is closed for the winter. If ya didn't like the show then stay home next time. Some people are never happy.
 
If i bore you then why are you still replying me, answer me that big boy? Looks like i am a blip on your radar screen, obviously!lol.looks like your mad cause your trying to get the last word in, guess your one of those people who think of themselves and thinks hes perfect.jus look at the replies there midget racer, enough said.
 
Yes it is one of the only places to race but that doesnt mean they shouldnt take care of the track or be inconsiderate people. Like i said we wont race here again
 
FIRST OFF IT WAS DRY, DUSTY AND SLICK AFTER HOT LAPS. INCONSISTANT OFFICIALS CALLS, WHICH I CAN UNDERSTAND BECAUSE ONLY 2 GUYS ON THE INFIELD HAD RADIOS, THE MAIN FLAGMAN & BACKSTRAIGHTAWAY. MOST OF THE THINGS HAPPENED IN TURN 1 WERE THE GUY HAD NO RADIO, NOW WHY DOESN'T HE HAVE A RADIO IF HE HAS A FLAG IN HIS HAND. YES BIELONG AND MELTON GOT SCREWED, ALONG WITH THE 16 & 12 IN THE SPORTSMAN. NO TRACK PREP WHATSOEVER EXCEPT FOR WATERING, I SAW THE TRACTORS OUT THERE. THEY PUT BRIAN & TOMMIE BACK IN FRONT AFTER WHAT THEY CALLED "rOUGH DRIVING" WERE THEY WERE BOTH WARNED. NOW I'M ASKIN' WHO WAS TRYING TO PASS WHO AND DROVE IN TO HARD AND SLAMMED BRIAN. THEN BOTH GO TO THE FRONT, STOP THE CARS AGAIN THE BRIAN GOES TO THE BACK,HMMMMM INTERESTING. THEN HE PULLS OFF THE TRACK PISSED OFF.WHATEVER HAPPENS IN TURN 1 & 2 IS THAT FLAGMANS RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE THAT CALL, NOT THE BACKSTRAIGHTAWAY GUY. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THE GUYS THAT DON'T RUN THERE AT ALL GOT THE BAD CALLS AND THE GUYS THAT SOMETIMES RUN THERE GOT GOOD CALLS. ESPECIALLY ON STARTS OF THE RACE. FANS WERE COMPLAINING ALL NIGHT IN THE STANDS I'M SURE THE SCORERS & CHARLIE HEARD IT CAUSE I WAS SITTING BY THIER TOWER. THESE ARE JUST SOME OF THE THINGS THAT HAPPENED LAST NIGHT, BUT NOT ALL. OH SORRY MIDGET RACER, TAG YOUR IT. SO WHY DON'T YOU SAY ANYTHING TO THESE OTHER PEOPLE THAT ARE TELLING THE TRUTH ABOUT THE SITUATION LAST NIGHT, HUH?

I would love to give my opinion. I thought it was a nice smooth race track and I am very thankful to have been able to have someone take a chance and run an end of the year show for all of us to race. I just want to thank them and also a BIG THANKS to Fireball for letting me drive his car. I had fun driving with them guys. Great class of drivers in the Sportsman class.
 
my class (sportsman)made a good showing tonight,the feature ran flag to flag,just before our race charlie wet down the track and that helped the handeling...

Well said Rodney, Richie & Rick were both glad to have a place to go this weekend too.
 
Scotland Couty Speedway in Memphis Mo.

Sounds like most everyone should have went to Memphis Mo.We ran 7 Classes each night. Friday night we had a IMCA Hobby Stock got through the fence but after they repaired the fence they ran over 170 cars in about 4 hrs with every class running a feature.Sat night was some great racing except for one fight between 2 pit crew guys both cars put off the track and made load up and leave.If you spun out and caused a caution by your self you took it to the pits done for that race.We had some flips that took some time to clean up but all in all it was a great weekend.I drove a 190 miles and I would do it again thought about going to Brownstown but getting home around 530 this morning was to tired so I stayed home.
 
well what to say here. i bet you saw better races at brownstown than you did anywhere else in the area. the track wasnt the greatest, it was smooth though and it gave people a place to race that want to race. and maybe the track was mostly one lane, but we knew how to prepare for the track before we got to staging. i get SO mad when i add lead and fuel and put harder tires on before i go to staging before i find out a track is going to spend 45 minutes of my time tearing it up and dumping water on it....................
 
Bielong did NOT get screwed. That was a racing deal. The two were side by side in the turn. Bielong certainly didn't give Seets any room under him. Bielong spun and he should of went to the back!

have to agree with you there brian spun on his own and i have to say thank you to
charlie and his crew for givin us a place to race this weekend
and mosier37 you were tryin to stir up the pot with your first post if you didnt like the racin just say so
 
guess i was watching another race when tommie got into brian's car the the right rear quarter setting his car.yes brian spun cause he was still on the gas, duh!what did they say about that in the drivers meeting when someone gets hit? i was at the drivers meeting lets see if i can get my memory refreshed.
 
I have to get my opinion on here...LOL.... after Saturday nights screwing my husband took without the lube.... I was told that if I had a question about the call I needed to talk to the flagman. So your telling me the flagman who was watching the cars coming out of 3 and 4 seen the pile up in 2 ? Give me a flippin break... Aaron got screwed hard and Charlie and everyone else knew it....

ya he got bumped down in turn three and four but he spun commin off of turn two must have been one hell of a hit then lol
