Clay County Speedway Fall Nationals Sept.12 Late Models And Mods $2000.00 To Win

he should have 40 mode because he has been having 20-25 mods on a regular night.Hope to see alot of cars and some new faces in the seats there is plenty of seating it is huge grandstand.
 
can someone please post what time the gates open... do they qualify the mods( what time do they start), or do they go by the draw( and what time does that end) and what time do they hot lap???????? thanks in advance.....;)
 
Are they going to open the bomber rules up a bit for this race? Kind of like they do at brownstown, for thier shows. I would like to go there but do not fit the rules as is. I just have a clutch and headers. As far as I know that is the only rules I am breaking there.
 
I think the regular gates open around 5:00 not completly sure but the pit gates are opening around 2:00-3:00 and as far as the bomber question the phone # is 618-662-6825 maybe leave a message and they will get back to you I dont think they are qualifying mods just late models hot laps are at 6:30 so qualifying after that.
 
sunoco,ccs web site is down at this time but i'm pretty sure rules are opened up some. it was posted some time back that you could run headers, 4bbls, e-mods, and some other things i don't remember. if unsure check website or call the track. hope to see you there friday nite,if not good luck wherever you choose to go.
 
Rain taken out of forecast until after midnight supposed to rain by st.louis tomorrow slow moving storm system so nothing against the tracks over there but maybe they will get rained out and flora will have alot more cars.
 
I shouldnt say that maybe all the tracks will get to run I dont wish anybody to get rained out SEE YA AT THE RACES
