I think there should be a cardinal rule in racing:

NEVER: EVER: embarresse your favorite driver by your ACTIONS while wearing his racing shirts.

It would be the same for some of the post on this board. When using your favorite drivers name you need to use respect with the words you speak or ever write about others. This reflects your favorite driver and them may not feel the same.

This is why you never see the drivers posting replies (action speak louder that words) For instance Rodney or Ed dont post they are great and defend why they run this or that race, but they can both show you championships.
 
Speaking of embarassing your driver while wearing their shirts...those fights at Highland were just...sad. I've seen fights there before, but never THAT many, and I'm there every week! It seems like most of the fights Saturday were related to a certain refreshment everyone knows and loves. Don't get me wrong, I have NO problem with beer. But when you start acting like some people were acting, I think it's time to stop, especially when there is tons of little kids watching you act stupid and trying to look up to you at the same time. It was really kind of disgusting.
 
wasn't this the last weekend for UMP points? if so then maybe he wanted to finish 2nd in the nation instead of going for the bigger money races
 
This past weekend was the last time UMP Mods can get points until the Fall Nationals in Eldora.

UMP Late Models can still get points this coming weekend.
