Driver in critical condition after crash rips his car apart at Volusia Speedway!

This was brought to the top this morning by the personal injury lawyer.
 
Can a builder or someone who nows about building, tell us what could be done to these hornets? Is there anyway to make a full frame with the cost staying down or what??

King Eddy I agree completely reading that made my heat stop, thoughts and prayers to the driver and his family/friends!
